SEAGULL Spacious Villa

Three floors - fully furnished - sea view villa 260sqm in the area of Pefkohori-Paliouri, Chalkidiki, Greece, next to the marina of Glarokavos. In its beautiful garden of 2.000 m2 you will find trees, basketball court convertible to volleyball and tennis court, horizontal gym ladder, swings for children, bebe slide, BQ corner and hang-out areas. Parking is available on site where you can place your car in a protected and shady place.

You can reach a beautiful sandy beach in exactly 300 meters, 5 mins walking distance. There are also numerous crystal water beaches near by, 5 to 10 mins car distance and some of the most cozy and well-known beach bars. Crazyland, one of the the largest water parks in GreeceChildren's lies in 5 mins car distance from the house.

The ground floor is independent and consists of a living room, a large dining room, a kitchen, a wood stove, 1 bedroom (double bed and two single beds as bunk beds) and 1 bathroom. It has also gym area and a ping-pong table.

The first floor consists of 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining room and 1 bathroom.

The second floor consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and private balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances and household utensils.

Additional facilities: A / C, Internet / Wi-Fi, SmartTV / Netflix, Ηot water with oil boiler.

The villa can accommodate up to 10 people.

Nearby there is market and gas station (300 meters), and in less than 30 meters! a restaurant where also breakfast can be served.
