"Great hotel with good food, nice rooms and nice pool. I recommend all inclusive for drinks at the pool. The barman is nice and makes drinks to order (strong, weak, sweet). The rooms are clean, big and comfortable. They are cleaned daily. Beware that only about half the rooms are renovated. Check the pictures before booking. You will get a room from the picture. Room service threw away a packet of pills of mine and when confronted they acted defensive instead of helping and insisted that all they do in the room is change towels which they didn’t even do. Came back to the room the next day and they threw more things out and moved all of our things. Toilet didn’t even flush , you have to mop after you shower. Safe to say the hotel experience brought down our holiday a lot"
