"Everything was good except when the taxi driver dropped me from airport to this hotel total (20 minutes ride ) instead of $12 or max $15 he asked for $120 and when I told that to hotel receptionist and security that the guy is trying to rob me they smiled and they didn’t help me. "

"My cousin and I had the best time at this hotel, they really went above and beyond in every way. The location is superb; we found it very easy to walk or get to various landmarks and various tour operators are based a 5 min walk from the hotel, and the area feels very safe. The breakfast is perfect: a broad selection which includes local food and we thought it offered more variety than the standard continental breakfast you get at other hotels. The staff were always extremely helpful and lovely. The room and facilities were great and the rooftop bar was a lovely place to relax. I honestly could not fault anything and had a very comfortable and happy stay there. The icing on the cake was that I had my birthday during my stay and the hotel arranged a surprise for me which was so so lovely of them, I will always remember and cherish that. If I visit Tbilisi again I will definitely go back to this hotel."

It is clean, well maintained, staff is friendly and accommodating, the room is pretty comfortable. The neighbourhood is great! Across the street is a fantastic restaurant. Highly recommended."
