Additionally, the check-in and check-out processes could be streamlined for greater efficiency. "

"Great location, amazing views, iconic hotel. The room was clean and comfortable but a bit outdated. It didn’t bother me though. The view was great from my room and from the top bar/ restaurant in the 26th floor."
