I had a room on the ground floor next to the kitchen/laundry/ staff rest room so there was constant noise from early morning to late at night. "The check in was done by not so friendly manager and smoking smell was there in the lobby. The rooms are big but not clean. The flush leaked in my room. Beds were ok. No complimentary breakfast, room service phone didn't work so hard to go down and drink tea. The breakfast area is having dust as well. Checkout was painful as they included additional items in our room from the date prior to my check in date. Then hotel said they couldn't confirm payment from hotels.com. so asked for...

"Hotel location was beneficial as it was at the centre. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was well maintained. There were lot of varieties in breakfast. Swimming pool was nice as well as parking location. Exceptionally good were there staff. "

"Friendly staff. Big clean pool. Strong wi fi signal. Pleasant view over the lake. I had a room on the ground floor next to the kitchen/laundry/ staff rest room so there was constant noise from early morning to late at night. The room also looked out onto the road so the village ladies would sit on the wall around the lake in the evening and gossip. And on my last night a group from out of state came to party in the restaurant on the floor above so it sounded like a nightclub until 1:30 am. The only peaceful area was around the pool and then not before the workers constructing a property next door had gone home. The website says the rooms are soundproofed but this is not true. This could be a lovely tranquil resort if the sound issues are addressed. "

"The staff are very polite and it was nice to observe that everyone was putting their efforts to make your stay comfortable. Cleanliness was owsome and the maintenance of the property is excellent. Although, we are vegetarians and not expecting good food in a beach location but suprisingly, the food was satisfactory even for us. Overall a very nice and comfortable stay, will definately recommends for travellers looking for clean and cosy stay."

"Liked the fact its walkable to beach, food was good, very pricey for New Year's eve. Bathroom was out dated, the toilet cover kept falling off. Other than that its a good place to stay. I would suggest increase more entertainment and other activities. Had a good new years party. "
