"The view is spectacular!! Our kids thought the place was amazing and we also enjoyed it. Owner was very quick to answer any questions we had. It's a little tricky to get to; but that was likely due to us not being from Germany/the area/understanding how the roads work. Once we understood how to get to it, it was a breeze to come and go. "The owner was very good at communicating, although I only gave a 3 for accuracy of the listing because it stated there was a washing machine but one was not available. We were on a 3 week vacation so we were hoping to do some washing. However the kitchen was very well set up with an abundance of coffee and tea. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. I would recommend this property."

"Wir haben unseren Kurztrip nach Bollendorf sehr genossen und kommen ganz sicher wieder! Das Ferienhaus ist super sauber, großräumig und kreativ eingerichtet. Super familien- und kinderfreundlich! Die Herzen der Kinder sind bei dem ganzen bereitgestellten Spielzeug aufgegangen und auch wir Eltern konnten dadurch die Zeit mehr als genießen! Alles super durchdacht, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Mit viel Liebe im Detail! Alles, was man braucht, ist vor Ort und die Vermieter sind sehr unkompliziert....

"Our family had a wonderful time staying at this house. It is in a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to the Mosel river. Our hosts took very good care of us during our stay. House is well maintained and authentic in nature. I highly recommend staying at the Knusperhaus house!"

"Wunderbar! Sehr sauber, super zentral und unkomplizierter Check in & out. Das einzige was fehlte waren, gerade in dieser Region, schöne Weingläser und davon 4. Es gibt zwei Bäder die eine Tür haben, alles andere ist offen gehalten. Dies hat uns zu zweit nicht gestört. Die Schlafcouch quietscht , zur Info ;-) Es ist eine ganz tolle, moderne und besondere Unterkunft mit viel Geschichte. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder!"

"Schönes Häuschen aber …zwei Kritikpunkte: es sollte vor Eintreffen der Gäste unbedingt geheizt werden. Hier war ein Pelletofen der angezündet werden musste, was in der Beschreibung stehen sollte. Da das Häuschen bei den Temperaturen total ausgekühlt war dauerte es schon eine Zeit, bis die Temperatur erträglich war. Das Bett sollte ein Kopfteil haben, damit die Kissen im Bett bleiben und die Kopfkissen dürften auch etwas hochwertigere Qualität haben, schließlich wird ja auch ein entsprechender...

Die Außenanlage lässt zu wünschen übrig, Grünschnittabfälle direkt neben der Sitzgelegenheit. In mitten der Ferienanlage ein seit Jahren leerstehendes Hotel mit Restaurant und eine heruntergekommene Minigolf und Tennisanlage. Sieht alles etwas heruntergekommen und verwahrlost aus. "Wie waren als 8er Gruppe im der Unterkunft und haben es geliebt. Die Familie Norwig ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wein kann völlig unproblematisch erworben und direkt getrunken werden. Außerdem konnten nach kurzer Absprache eine Führung durch den Weinkeller erfolgen. Alle sind allem ist der Aufenthalt mehr als empfehlenswert. "

"This is a very unique property in that you check yourself in through a machine and locate your room by yourself. There is a communal dining area where you can prepare your own food. We had an issue with noise, being at the front of the hotel, and the manager who was present in the morning moved us and upgraded us to a remarkable room with a balcony! This is a beautiful property! It is very unique. The service was outstanding!"
