"We enjoyed our stay in this spacious house and especially liked the garden seating area in the morning and the upstairs balcony for sunset views in the evening. The hosts were very helpful and kind and even lent us their coffee machine. It was great just for relaxing but there are places to see nearby and we were very impressed with Mozia island and the Salt pans. The cycle track outside meant you could walk or cycle in safety. Thank you for a super stay."

"We were a group of six, staying at this wonderful place for a week. We were warmly welcomed by the owner and his family. The property is secluded from everything and even more beautiful than in pictures. The house is tastefully renovated, fully equipped and the pool offered us a nice refreshing moments. "This house was beautiful and the pool was fantastic but the road to the house was very dangerous and guests definitely need a four wheel drive to get to the house. The house was a bit spooky at nights. Top floor was very noisy and everything shook when you moved and lots of noise from rats in the walls, and birds and shutters moving... so a bit scary for my taste. However Paolo was super nice and took very good care of us."

"As a family, we had a great time at this villa. You will definitely need a car to travel around the island - but ensure that your rental isn’t too large as many roads in Sicily are narrow! "The photos do not do it justice, the place is beautiful, lovely grounds, large pool , sauna, steam room, outside oven and bbq. Had a lovely meal cooked by Nonna Maria and team one evening. Any issues we had were dealt with straight away, we all had a fantastic week"

"The photos don't do justice to the actual home/resort. The owner and his nephew live onsite and are available to help with whatever comes up- nothing did. They even made recommendations for things to see and routes to take. The home is LARGE and spacious and the pool literally feels like you are in Hawaii or someplace tropical. Highly recommend staying here and more people would be even more fun."

"Casa Palmi was very comfortable and well equipped. The check in was smooth and owners very welcoming. The swimming pool was great. The only downside was the area, which was interesting! The sea was very near but not condusive to swimming as it was quite run down and dirty souroundings. There are nicer beaches near by, Our visit to Selenute Greek ruins was fantastic and highly recommended."

"A beautiful and authentic Sicilian apartment with a lovely pool that was perfect for our family. The apartment was very clean, the pool and garden are well-maintained daily. The apartment is conveniently located to the beach in Selinunte, small supermarkets, farmers market, coffee shops, bars and restaurants. "Good points: Very friendly host. Nice house (apart from lack of oven and dishwasher), garden and pool. Less good points: On arrival, multiple advertised items had issues - aircon not working in main bedroom, oven and dishwasher in house didn't work so had to cook in an outbuilding all week, no WIFI or parasol (brought when I contacted the host), no bbq (I'd given up at this point so just left it)."
