Serene location
The villa was just as we had been told. The views were spectacular - the blue Mediterranean and distant islands without any distracting lights of other habitations visible - and complete quiet in the evening and all through the night which was greatly appreciated at the end of a day’s activities. The swimming pool was great, the kitchen well-equipped, the air conditioning was very efficient so a warm room at the end of the day could be cooled down in a matter of minutes - no need to leave it on while we were out and about. The caretaker was friendly and very available. My only word of advice to visitors is to park your car up at the top of the driveway which is very steep and long with no easy place to turn around at the bottom. We had no trouble parking up on the side of the roadway which is nice and flat, and even found a tree to park under so that the car stayed cooler! All in all, a fantastic location and great house!

Beautiful villa
We had a great time at Villa Rumi - we especially liked the pool and access to the sea. The photos are accurate -- the view is just as spectacular as in the listing. The villa is a great size and has a great layout. A minor (negligible, even) issue was that the listing said we could arrange a barbecue but after making this plan with the caretaker and looking forward to coming home to a home-cooked meal, we were told it was forbidden, maybe this was because of the high winds and dry season, I'm still not sure why. Overall this was a great stay in Kas.

Wonderful Place
We had an absolutely brilliant stay as a family at Villa Rumi and would definitely recommend it. The location is great. It is a peaceful spot with amazing views, especially at sunset. An easy ten minute drive to Kas centre or a short walk to local hotel restaurants. The property was clean, modern, and really nicely decorated. The air con was really efficient. Lovely welcome basket of wine, chips, milk, etc. Well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine, juicer, etc. comfortable beds and lots of towels. The private pool is a really great feature. The communication from the owners was great and we enjoyed meeting the lovely landlady. We followed the recommendations in the useful information folder and the boat trip with Murat was a real highlight. The caretaker, Isa, was really friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a super stay at this brilliant property. Highly recommended.

Unforgettable sunsets
The Best place. Accommodation is very comfortable, modern. Especially want to note the excellent quality orthopaedic mattress and pillows. Kitchen is very nice equipped. There are two very good restaurants within walking distance. The share pool is nice, but be note, it is used not only you. Once it were guys from neighbouring villa, and twice it were housekeeper‘s children. There are a lot of beaches around this place. But you should have a vehicle for it. Housekeeper Isa prompt replied for all our requests. Thanks him for all.

Incredible Views
Beautiful villa and the views are totally outstanding. Whole rental process was seamless with Theo the owner and Isa and his wife were outstanding housekeepers . Would definitely recommend this villa for anyone who wants a beautiful sanctuary. We were lucky as we had two pools to ourself - this may not always be the case . The views from the pool area are incredible.

Best on the peninsula
We have been to the Kas Peninsula a good number of times but the views and morn to night sunshine are unparalleled anywhere by comparison to those at Villa Rumi. Owner Theo is a welcoming and delightful host and all who work with him ensure you have all you require. Marginally unwilling to give it all too much praise in case it becomes too popular and we cannot get back there again! Good place!
