Cedar Villa, just 50 yards from the Mediterranean sea, is beautifully located to provide you with a wonderful holiday. You get an uninterrupted, panoramic seaview of the Bay of Kalkan, with spectacular sunsets over the mountains. You get a private swimming pool, rock garden and a large veranda/terrace furnished with sunbeds, chairs and table. There is ample cover so you can enjoy al fresco dining. A built-in BBQ supplements the fully equipped kitchen and also included are satellite TV, Bluetooth/AUX Speaker, Xbox, a washing machine and a weekly cleaning/laundry service. Each bedroom has its own balcony/terrace and air-con. There are two Beach Clubs within 250 yards, one providing family fun, a beach and boat trips, the other offering sunbeds on the rocks with access to the sea and a fabulous bar/restaurant. In the evening, you can enjoy a romantic meal at a table set on the rocks with the sea lapping a few feet away.

Activities and Trips: From its base at the foot of the Taurus mountains, close to where the river Xanthos meets the sea, Kalkan offers a wide range of activities to suit all tastes. You can enjoy canoeing on the Xanthos, horse riding across the sands of the Patara National Park, sea kayaking to the underwater city of Kekova (also available via a Boat Trip), paragliding, fishing, scuba diving, snorkelling, water skiing and swimming.

In addition, there are numerous trips available, including visits to Fetihye Market, Saklikent Gorge (the longest and deepest in Turkey), Pamukkale mineral spa, Carpet Weavers, a jeep safari covering spectacular views and countryside, a day trip to Patara Beach, visits to archaeological sites at Xanthos, Letoon and Patara, visits to traditional mountain villages at Bezirgan, Saribelen and Islamlar and various boat trips, including Kalkan bay and islands and a visit to Meis, a Greek island.

We had a fantastic time at Cedar Villa . Clean and comfortable and very well equipped .The pool and outside space is just amazing , and a 5 min walk to Mahal beach club which was so gorgeous. Thanks also to Mehmet who does a great job looking after the property and guests

Mehmet organised everything from the start. He arranged a pick up from the airport and was waiting for us at the villa when we arrived. He helped to organise taxis during our stay and was generally so helpful. The villa itself was just as shown and is a very short walk from a fabulous restaurant called “the Castle All in all a very pleasant stay

Perfect stay to relax and unwind
The property was as described. Clean comfortable bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Great outside furniture. Well equipped for a rainy day with board games, books, satellite tv, DVDs and puzzles. Plenty of help and advice from Mehmet if required, included in the daily pool and garden clean. Be prepared for lots of hills if walking anywhere. 35 min walk into Kalkan possible or take the water taxi. Villa not suitable for those with mobility issues. Overall a fantastic place to stay!

Amazing... beautiful... loved it x
Transfer went perfect .. arrived around 4.30 pm to the villa. We felt so lucky to have picked this villa.. clean, great location, quiet and ours for 10 days! We have fallen in love with kalkan and already planning to go back! As you come out of the villa and turn left... about 15 steps up the hill is a lovely restaurant called The castle Great people... Great food! Highly recommend!! Thank you to Mehmet for cleaning the pool area every day... and for organising our transfers. Thank you to Katie the owner who responds to my questions very quickly.

A slice of heaven!
Where to start! From the get go Mehmet (house manager) was on hand (cleaned pool every morning) to answer questions or help when needed. Lovely chap! Villa couldn't be better located. Villa was home from home. Everything you need and more. Outside space is stunning. Not overlooked. very private and quiet. 3 min walk to beach and the taxi boat into town. Lovely restaurant (The Castle) on same street - 1 min walk. Beach clubs with stunning backdrops for evening meals...amazing sunsets watched from the villa terrace. Already booked for next year!

We have found a very special place with this villa in beautiful Kalkan the only negative is that we had to leave . This is the place to stay if you looking for a villa in Kalkan. Very well looked after clean and tidy ,the pool area and sea views are just stunning ,never got bored of waking up to that view .In a perfect location with 2 beach clubs within a few minutes walk and the Castle restaurant a few steps away .We went into the centre every evening by either water taxi from beach club or by taxi 130 lira so about £3 it would be about 20 minutes to walk but with the heat we found taxis to suit us better with no issues .Have to mention Mehmet who looks after the villa ,very friendly, helpful and hardworking guy and the owners who made the booking so easy .As far Kalkan it's a beautiful gem ,with lovely restaurants and bars ,boat trips ,shops and friendly people and of course plenty of sunshine .It was the perfect holiday had by all and look forward to returning to this wonderful villa .

A little gem!
There’s a lot of flashy new-builds going up in Kalkan but this modest mature villa completely stole our hearts. Sitting virtually front line to the sea and just a gentle pottering distance to the two beach clubs in Kisla, it’s location couldn’t be better. Its large terrace and pool area felt very un-overlooked, being higher than the (very quiet) road, with beautiful mature garden to the sides and back, and to the front ... THAT VIEW. From mid-afternoon until sunset the sea becomes a mass of reflected sparkling sunlight - we were utterly captivated. It was just so easy to simply slot ourselves into this villa - it was all so well thought-through: the way the kitchen was equipped, lovely comfy beds, excellent water pressure and hot water, quiet air-con, fly screens on the windows, lots of windows so you could get a good through-breeze. It all had the kind of time-served holiday villa atmosphere that you only get in villas that are owned and managed by people who really get what makes a good villa holiday. A real find.

This property was exactly as described in fact in reality it was much nicer than the pictures. it’s in a ideal location and is fully equipped with all you need for a perfect holiday The pool was cleaned daily and was a good size, the villa was clean and spacious and really did have everything It was located in a quietish location but within easy walking distance of the water taxi to kalkan which has a great friendly atmosphere, great restaurants and lots of bars to choose from as well as lovely shops. Taxis were cheap, as an alternative to the water taxi there were a few bars and restaurants within walking distance of the villa The castle restaurant is a very short walk away was great for drinks and their Tuesday night barbecue with live music was brilliant. Mehmet who looked after the property was really helpful, he came daily and was happy to arrange or advise if needed but not intrusive at all. The only negative comment I would say is that the stairs to the lower room were difficult to manage, they were fine for us but wouldn’t be suitable for a child or elderly or infirm, however this room can be accessed from outside if needed. I would highly recommend this villa it was really good value we had a fantastic time there and would definitely return

Great villa, best location.
We had 2 weeks in Kisla. The villa was perfect, located in a quiet part of the area and a really short walk down to our favourite beach club. (Kalkan Park Beach Club). The views over the bay are beautiful , day and night and there is everything in the villa that you could need. Mehmet who called every morning to do the pool was friendly and informative. It's a few minutes drive into Kalkan which we preferred as we didn't want to stay in the centre. There are loads of restaurants in the town and a couple out at Kisla. The shopping in Kalkan is great, BSG for handbags, Boutique Belma for clothes and lots of shops selling bespoke art and gifts. Merkez is the best cafe and the best two restaurants are The Olive Garden for the rooftop terrace restaurants and Aubergine for the harbour front restaurants. Don't forget to feed the dogs and cats when you are there. KAPSA vacinates and neuters them but they rely on the tourists in the summer for food and then KAPSA feeds them in the winter. The pool at the villa is great, on a terrace with the bay view and a good size. Aircon works well in the rooms and the beds are comfortable. We appreciated the iPod speakers and there was a good selection of books and dvds if we wanted them.

A fantastic villa in a stunning location. The villa has everything you need and the outdoor space is a perfect place to spend long relaxing days with stunning views. Mehmet, the property manager, is a star - arranging airport transfers, water delivery and anything else you may need. It was our first visit to Kalkan, we will be back and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else than here.

Wonderful views and Mehmet the house manager was great and very friendly. Outdoor space stunning and the kittens provided a lot of attention for our children. The house was very clean although we had not realised that the master en-suite is two floors away from the other bedrooms down a metal spiral staircase which if our children had been younger could have proved a problem. A lovely stay otherwise and we would not hesitate to sbook again.

Wir waren rundherum begeistert. Das Haus hat eine freundliche, warme Ausstrahlung und fantastische Ausblicke. Die Fürsorglichkeit von Mehmet möchte ich besonders hervorheben!!! Er sorgt dafür, dass alles funktioniert und ist stets liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit. Sehr schön war auch die Nähe zum Ort sowie die Möglichkeit Ausflüge an der fantastischen Küste zu machen. Auch wenn um diese Jahreszeit nicht so viel los ist, haben wir uns nie gelangweilt und auch die Terrasse mit dem Ausblick genossen. Auch Glenn als Gastgeber war immer bereit! Wir wollen auf alle Fälle wieder kommen!

Lovely villa and great location!
The villa was very comfortable and as described with great views and sunsets across the bay. Mehmet, the manager, was super helpful and visited every day to make sure the pool area was clean. Easy access into town by taxi (60TL) or water taxi (25 TL pp). Some lovely restaurants close by with live music too which was a great way to celebrate my birthday. There are some friendly cats that visit daily.

Wonderful Cedar Villa
We’ve stayed in Kisla a few times but not previously at Cedar Villa. It will definitely be our ‘go to’ Villa when we next return! We loved the outside space and inside had absolutely everything we needed for the two of us. It was certainly good value for money compared to some of the more expensive and more modern villas. The location is perfect, Mehmet was super helpful. Made for a lovely relaxing holiday.

A wonderful week at Cedar Villa
Just on our way home from two weeks in stunning Kalkan, one of which we spent at the lovely Cedar Villa. It immediately feels like home. The owners have thought of every detail. From furnishings to DVDs and games, we wanted for nothing. The outdoor space is by far the absolute highlight though! Views are incredible and there js a lovely sense of space and mix of sun and shaded areas. The swimming pool is perfect for all ages, but our son who is 7 absolutely loved it as he could easily stand up one end and spent hours in there. The landscaping is so beautiful. My favourite thing was showering in the flowers 🌸 We loved our mum and baby cat visitors daily and how convenient it was to walk to the beach clubs or get a taxi into town. And Mehmet the manager was super attentive and helpful. Honestly we could not fault our stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a good value home away from home.

Fabulous!
We had a fabulous stay at Cedar Villa which was in a great location with amazing views and great local amenities (and only a £3 taxi into Kalkan Town). It isn't as modern as some of the other villas in the area but it is incredibly homely with a beautiful outside area and pool. Mehmet the property manager was very helpful, even getting some shopping for our arrival.
