"The off-peak room was very spacious with a large, single room. Old Eastern bloc flavour to some of the decor added a little atmosphere. Located a minute from historical architecture,transport and mulitple shopping area. Staff were very helpful and communicative."

"This is a wonderful property, close to many famous sights, feels safe, and there are many restaurants, but what I didn’t like this time when I came back was that the receptionist told me to pay for parking when I was checking out, and I didn’t request parking. In fact, I didn’t have my car with me. I flew in. But she insisted I had to pay, but only let it go when I said I’m going to the airport, what parking? She never apologized for this mistake on the hotel’s part. Unacceptable. "

"Hotel staff very friendly, the room was clean and spacious. Location to the U-bahn was excellent as well as the proximity to shops and cafes. One negative, the tea, coffee and sugar were not replenished after the first night. "

"Like all Intercity hotels, the Berlin hotel is only a few yards from the main station, which means it's a great hub for exploring Berlin. The fact that all Intercity hotels offer a ticket for free public travel on trains, buses and trams can't be understated - we used ours every day, including on the train back to the airport. A big shame that there's no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room or extra bedding. Adding these would make a really good hotel experience a great one. Our room...

"This is a nice hotel in a very convenient spot of Berlin where you can easily use metro for everywhere. You can also walk to the center since a lot of nice sightseeing are not so far. The only problem i have was the heating that is was not so hot since the weather was cold. I would definitely comment this hotel "

"Super location. Room was spacious and clean. The carpets across corridor need to be upgraded. Other than that can’t fault a single thing. Breakfast was good. The fitness / Sauna area was excellent. "

"Marina at the front desk as extremely helpful. She allowed me to check in very early. Held my bags provided restuarant and food suggestions and was very helpful for anything I needed through my 3 night stay. The location of the hotel is top notch as well. I highly recommned and would stay again."
