"The staff were professional and courteous and very engaging and helpful. I can't speak more highly of them. The location of the hotel is very central to the towns facilities and restaurants. A special mention for excellent service goes to Tanya in reception and Ioannis from the wait staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The Manager of Catering, Nadem also assisted my family group in organising a Christmas dinner at th he Hotel with great courtesy and professionalism. I can't recommend this Hotel...

"Absolutely amazing , stunning location, hotel was so beautiful, photos don’t do it justice ! Breakfast was lovely , all that was missing was some extra pillows and tea making facilities in the room, had a nespresso machine in the room which was amazing for me but my husband only drinks tea. Can’t wait to go back! "

"We had a lovely 3 night stay at VAYA Seefeld. The hotel is perfectly located near Seefeld town and is well connected with buses and the main train station. The hotel itself was very well maintained, modern but with a traditional feel. Our room was immaculate - the house keeping team had left our room spotless. "We were able to check in early on day of arrival. We had a double superior room with a wraparound balcony, which had a fabulous view of the valley both directions. Very comfortable bed and lovely shower, room was very clean with remote control operated blinds on outside to shade it from the sun. Breakfast looked superb but didnt eat there on this occasion. Room was cleaned daily. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, we hope to return in the future."

"This is a wonderful hotel. So friendly and helpful. Super breakfast buffet. Classic Alpine/Tirolean aesthetic. Extensive spa facilities. Good wine list. It is listed on some websites as ski-in/ski-out, which is not accurate. However it was no problem. There is a free bus to the lifts, takes just 2 minutes, very easy and reliable service. Or you can walk there. We rented lockers for our skis near the lifts so we didn't need to carry them around, which made things very easy. The town of...

Firstly, it seemed like they were trying to squeeze every penny out of us, like a budget airline would. The all-inclusive was not really - you had to pay for coffees at lunchtime for instance - and staff would come over and try to upsell. "A traditional hotel with spacious room and comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was good."

"We arrived in the afternoon and had to hunt around for a receptionist, which proved difficult. The rooms were clean although, on a main road and without air-con, proved noisy with the windows open to allow the room to cool. Breakfast was good."
