Breakfast was lovely , all that was missing was some extra pillows and tea making facilities in the room, had a nespresso machine in the room which was amazing for me but my husband only drinks tea. An ordinary room is pretty uncomfortable, very, very small with a cramped bathroom. The decor is pretty old and the electrical inconvenient. "Some really good parts: kids club, pool, ski school, horse rides for kids. All great. But two big downsides. Firstly, it seemed like they were trying to squeeze every penny out of us, like a budget airline would. The all-inclusive was not really - you had to pay for coffees at lunchtime for instance - and staff would come over and try to upsell. "The staff were professional and courteous and very engaging and helpful. I can't speak more highly of them. The location of the hotel is very central to the towns facilities and restaurants. A special mention for excellent service goes to Tanya in reception and Ioannis from the wait staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The Manager of Catering, Nadem also assisted my family group in organising a Christmas dinner at th he Hotel with great courtesy and professionalism. I can't recommend this Hotel...

"We had a fantastic stay here, service 1st class all round, food excellent (we were half board), free afternoon cakes were absolutely delicious, sauna suite brilliant. Our waiter Hr Ferenc was amazing. Maybe issue guest card on arrival without having to ask for it would be good. The free local buses and train were excellent for getting to and from our walks which were thoroughly enjoyable. All in all a wonderful weeks break, thank you. "
