"My husband and I visited unique blue for a few nights May 2025. When arriving at the hotel we were instantly greeted by welcoming staff. I communicated with Chatzogiannakis, the front office manager before arriving and he was very helpful. He also arranged for us to have a generous upgrade which made our stay very special. We stayed in one of the villas and it was breathtaking. Very large with a huge soaker jacuzzi tub. It also has an expansive outdoor area with a private pool. All of the staff were great and had a high attention to detail. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks Unique blue! "

"The hotel was amazing and better than advertised. The rooms and surrounding areas were clean and airy, the location was beautiful. Travelling with a 2 year old, the all inclusive food, pizza corner and snacks were great. We really enjoyed the variety of food, especially as vegetarians. The bar staff, restaurant staff and lobby staff were amazing - super helpful. The best part was the animation team. An excellent job done by Marcone, Giorgia and Karol - our son loved the mini disco every night. They were fantastic and helped my son have a memorable holiday"

"Pone, was incredible. An easy park if your drive in, to staff that welcomed you with a refreshing drink on arrival, once checked in we are given beautiful bracelets as a gift, welcome snacks and desserts, of course a local bottle of wine. Our room was exquisite with a gorgeous relaxing private pool, the spa, was so relaxing, as we opted to do the most minimal as we had a time crunch. But still left having the best experience, zero gravity massage, hyperbolic oxygen machine, sauna, steam, salt room, and an incredible contrast therapy water shower. A MUST when in Heraklion, if you have the time stay here before you take a ferry to Santorini, it’s an easy 7 Min ride to the ferry."

"We had a fantastic two-week stay at Mitsis Rinela in summer 2024! From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a room with access to a shared pool, which really elevated our holiday experience. The room was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. We especially enjoyed the evening entertainment—it added a lovely touch to our nights and created a great atmosphere around the resort. The dining options were another highlight. In addition to the main buffet, there were several à la carte restaurants offering a nice variety of cuisines. One thing to note is that these restaurants require advance booking. Unfortunately, we weren’t aware of this at first, so we missed the chance to use our full quota of reservations. It would have been helpful to get a heads-up about that upon arrival. Overall, though, Mitsis Rinela offered a beautiful and relaxing getaway with great amenities, top-notch service, and memorable moments. We would definitely love to return!"
