"We stayed at the villa for a week. We came in April so the weather was not too hot but it was decent. We arrived at San martino and there is a pretty dangerous and steep hill to drive down so after day 1 we decided to park on the street before the hill. I think signage could be more clear on where the villas are. The villa was lovely, the right amount of space and had a really nice outdoor area over looking lovely views. "Please ignore those negative comments. BlackRock Villa suite is well worth a visit. ♥️ We didn’t expect our room to have fresh bed linen or a change of towels every day. The rooms are exactly as the site suggests roomy, nice vibe, and plenty of space too. Sofia was a credit of knowledge for the local area. "Highly recommend! The house was clean, the view was fabulous, and location was great. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and the breakfast provided was generous. Beds were comfortable. I only wish there had been a light blanket, as the nights were cool and we would’ve loved to have still sat outside on the balcony. The hot tub was a great addition, though the temp was not hot enough to enjoy it at night. We loved our stay."

"Lovingly prepared free breakfast.. Home is very clean and smelled good. Loved the heated pool and space inside and outside. You need a rental car to stay in this home which we did.
