The seaside Karlshagen is located in the north of the island of Usedom. In the village there are many shops, cafes and restaurants. Supermarkets and bakeries can be reached in about 400 m. The train station is about 1 km away.

The house consists of two apartments. The plot is about 830 m² and is located directly behind the dune forest and borders a residential area. The beach is about 15 minutes.

The property has 3 parking spaces, and a garden shed with garaging for bicycles. Both apartments are heated by underfloor heating. The three bedrooms and the bath are located upstairs. The upper floor is accessible via a staircase. The living room, the kitchen and the shower room are located on the ground floor.

Sauber, alles was man braucht.
Zweckmäßig eingerichtete fewo mit fahrradschuppen. Sauberer Zustand. Die dünnen matratzen sind für Personen mit rückenproblem nicht zu empfehlen. Strand ist für Familien mit Kindern fußläufig sehr weit entfernt. Ca. 1300 Meter. Wir waren mit Fahrrädern da, deshalb kein Problem. Alles in allem sehr guter Zustand, sauber und zweckmäßig ausgestattet.

Haus liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße wo auch nachts mit 80 Sachen durchgebrettert wird,sehr laut.kein Schuppen sowie Grill laut Beschreibung,ist zwar da steht aber nicht zur Verfügung.garten eher sandlandschaft,nicht besonders gepflegt.keine Netze am Fenster,mückenalarm.haus ok

Völlig in Ordnung
Wir waren als Eltern mit 2 Kindern (4 Jahre / 4 Monate) eine Woche in der Nebensaison mit Oma und Opa dort. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Leider ist sie etwas hellhörig, gerade wenn die Kinder schlafen sollen. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag würden wir eine Mikrowelle und mehr Stauraum für Essensvorräte in der Küche nennen. Sonst wirklich in Ordnung und den Preis wert!

schön hell, geräumig, sauber, zum Wohlfühlen
Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit im und ums Haus genossen. Letztendlich haben Abends nicht nur die schöne Terasse und die bequeme Sitzecke zum Verweilen eingeladen, auch der Ort und Strand waren einfach traumhaft.
