"Karlshagen ist immer wieder schön! Die Wohnung ist so wie im Inserat vorzufinden. Das GROẞE Manko an der Wohnung war Sauberkeit!!!! Am Anreisetag fanden wir benutztes, ungewaschenes Geschirr im Schrank und auf der Arbeitsplatte lagen noch die Brötchenkrümel von unseren Vorgängern 😔 der Fußboden 😣 Schlüsselübergabe ging schnell, ohne Probleme isehr freundlich!"

"Das Objekt ist für die Ausstattung und Qualität viel zu teuer. Es war weder Toilettenpapier, noch Kleinigkeiten wie Salz, Pfeffer, Spülmittel, Müllbeutel oder Geschirrspül tabs vorhanden, das sind wir von den anderen Ferienwohnungen in Karlshagen (Urlauber seit 26 Jahren) nicht gewohnt. Insekten Laichen gibt es dafür zu genüge. Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Terrasse was wirklich top war. Dennoch würden wir diese Ferienwohnung so definitiv nicht wieder buchen."

"Die Fußbodenheizung war koplett abgestellt, die hat überhaupt nichts gewärmt. Sträucher und Sitzecken in der Außenanlage waren sehr ungepflegt und gernzwertig. Es gab nur einen Mülleimer in der Küche, das macht eine Mülltrennung wie Vorgeschrieben sehr schwierig. Die Couch ist sehr unbequem (besonders wenn man sich nach einem langen Tag erholen will) Duschvorhang im Bad war im unteren Bereich dunkelbraun versifft, die Fließenfugen teilweise schwarz, der Türstock an der Duschseite ebenfalls...

"Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, Strand und Meer liegen fast vor der Haustür, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und ein guter Bäcker gleich um die Ecke. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und die Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Einen kleinen Abstrich mussten wir bei der Sauberkeit, der ansonsten sehr schönen Wohnung, machen: Wir haben Hundehaare bis auf den Esstisch gefunden und haben nach der Ankunft erst einmal sehr gründlich gesaugt, das Badezimmer sauber gemacht und gelüftet. "Es war ein Kurzurlaub von 4 Tagen. Das Apartment 5 war schön eingerichtet und bequem. Einzig störend war, dass es durch den Gaststättenbetrieb sehr laut war. Gegen Abend war aber alles wieder ruhig. Am ersten Tag war das Treppenhaus sehr sandig. Die anderen Tage aber war es okay. Wer am Strand sich bewegt, bringt automatisch sehr viel Sand mit. Karlshagen ist ein ruhiger und gepflegter Ort. Öffentliche Toiletten sind kostenlos. Das findet man immer seltener. Die Anfahrt war etwas tückisch....
