"This was a big let down. We’ve been traveling for nearly five weeks in Greece, it’s the first disappointment The property is not cared for, the owners are slack and never sweep the paving or entry steps. The reception is never manned. We helped ourselves to a key. The room itself is okay but the floors have never been scrubbed including corridors The bathroom is disgusting There is thick black mould on the hose pipes of shower and toilet The window edges and tile grout is the same, every...

"We at a great stay at the George! Super relaxed little village with some great little restaurants around. The host here is such a sweetheart and checked us in early as we were tired from travelling, she even gave us an upgrade on our room! I definitely recommend this little gem for a stopover on your travels in Lefkada 😊😊"

"Perfect location near the cobblestoned village with cute stores and cafes all around. The decor is beautiful and elegant. Everything is clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and very friendly and polite staff. Good wifi connection. The free bike rentals need some love. Half of them need air in the tires or their brakes fixed. Make sure You get a good one. We were able to get a free one for a friend who was staying at an Airbnb near by. They were nice enough to let us have them for the day while we waited for our check in time. Free breakfast was wonderful. A huge arrangement to choose from; multiple types of cheese and breads, scrambled eggs, sunshine up eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit, yogurt, cereals, I was pleasantly surprised at the options. And the rooftop terrace where it was served was spectacular, we watched the sunrise with our breakfast. A lovely place to stay. Highly recommend."
