"We arrive by car, was not the best idea, because they are right in the old town. Very complicated when you arrive by car. The pictures give the impression the condo is bigger. "

"Booked 1-night for March 2024. Amazing location in the Old Town just steps away from shops, bars, restaurants etc. Everything inside the property was pretty much perfect, the room, the beds, the facilities, the patio, the view! . So many little touches from the host that made it special. Definitely 10/10."

"The apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was approx 10 min walk to the Old City, had parking and the apartment had everything necessary to make our stay a fabulous experience. "Ok place, but only 1/3 of the apartments was finish rest was undone - the resort looks it got finance problems and never being finish. The good thing is there is no people so you got the pool for your self 👍 10min drive to beach. If you looking for fair price holiday apartment away from the busy tourist area this is okay choice"

"Lovely property, really friendly host who was always on hand to help and offer advice. Lovely pool and view. Well maintained property and easy to find. You would definitely require a car to get around. Buses do run but we found it much easier to have a car for getting to and from beaches and restaurants etc."

"Very idyllic, very calm, in the middle of nature. On warm days we enjoyed the pool very much. The surrounding nature is really nice and the nearby villages as well. It takes around 20 minutes by car to beaches which are well suited for small children. We enjoyed the stay!"

"Our week long stay at Koupos Villa was exactly what we wanted; quiet and relaxing. The villa is beautifully finished and had all the necessary fixtures we needed to enjoy our stay. The owners were so helpful and kind, leaving some fruit and coffee with other essentials for when we arrived. They even changed bed linen and towels mid week which was a bonus. The outdoor setting of pool and bbq/pizza oven were amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed making full use of them. The nearest shop was a 5...

"Everything is amazing in the hotel it is very suitable for families there is good service and great food, everywhere you go in the hotel the staff are very understanding and kind. "Really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel and room was immaculate condition. Shame the pool was a bit too cold at end of October but made use of the warm indoor pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast had a great choice and staff could not have been more friendly. Highly recommend. Only downfall was our room was supposed to be full sea view but more like partial sea view from first floor as part of hotel building blocked the majority of the sea view from our balcony."

"A great hotel with lovely staff and very clean. Reception area is welcoming, beautiful and smells fantastic! The rooms are a little on the small side and the lighting isn’t great, especially in the bathroom and shower. There is also a smell which comes from the drains but overall, a great hotel and I would highly recommend it. 3 pools to choose from all with beds although they need to be stricter on the policy of not reserving subbed early in the morning. "

"Overall very good hotel and worth to stay there. The staff is super super polite with a nice smile everywhere, from top to bottom. The beach is nice, open to the north winds. Food is acceptable standard hotel buffet with variety of foods (although no Cretan foods or delicacies at the part of the buffer we were using). There are two sections building-wise, a renovated section and an old section. The sea-view bungalow we had this time was at the old section, 80s style, and definitely not worth 230-250 euros/night, with sea-view obstructed a lot by the front line bungalows. In the past we stayed at a cheaper, standard sea-view renovated room, main building section, which was better value for money than the more expensive bungalow(s)."
