"Staff were excellent. Friendly, helpful and provided great service. We dined in the restaurant one evening. The food was good but limited choice for healthy options. There are two supermarkets locally which at it was easy to get a Grab Car from here to explore. Hotel also helped us with booking a trip to Bromo and to watch the sunrise at King Kong Hill which was amazing. Great hotel for what we needed and helpful that staff had a good understanding of English. "

"Definitely the best value for your money. The room is quite spacious, ie, not squeeshy, like many hotels these days. Very clean, very well designed interior, it's catered more for the millenials (but I love it and I'm a Gen-X!), the room and the entire hotel is light and airy. Very friendly and helpful staff. If all fave hotels in Indonesia are like this one, I'd definitely stay in a fave hotel again whenever I'm in Indonesia. Highly recommended, 5 star for everything."

"I was on a business trip, my associate suggested this hotel and arranged for a private driver so i really didn't spend much time in the hotel. The staff was friendly, the place clean and the morning buffet is quite good. The room price is good, i used Expedia to book it. "The hotel was great overall. The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable! The shower took a while to heat up the water, the front desk advised letting it run 15-20 minutes. The restaurant down in the lobby has a limited selection, but the Pork and Barrel were great to sit and have a beer and is open 24hrs. It is about 30 minutes from MLG airport but the local Uber Grab totalled about $5USD. "
