"Hotels.com üzerinden rezervasyon sonrası oteli arayarak teğit etmediğimize pişman olduk. Haberlere çıkan talihsiz tailciler gibi otele gittiğimizde odaların dolu olduğunu öğrendik. Sistemde oda kapanmadığı için odayı başka 3-4 çift daha satın almış ama kapıdan dönmüşler. Hotels.com dan birileriyle 4-5 saat süren bir telefon trafiği ile yer aramaya çalışıldı.
