Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Member company Silvretta Card Premium from summer 2023: Unlimited use of all open mountain railways and local public transport in Paznaun, Samnaun and Montafon/Brandnertal, as well as unlimited use of the Silvretta High Alpine Road.

Ausgezeichnete Ferienwohnung
Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen (eigentlich hatten wir für 6 Erwachsene gebucht, aber wegen Krankheit musste ein Paar leider absagen) und einem Kleinkind im Haus "Christoph". Babybett und -hochstuhl waren vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sehr schön mit einer großen Küche und einer sehr großen Eckbank, da hat man mit 6 Personen ausreichend Platz, ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es gab 3 Schlafzimmer und jedes Zimmer hatte sein eigenes Bad, die Gastgerberin Sarah super freundlich. Brötchenservice am morgen hat einwandfrei geklappt. Zur Lage: Das Haus liegt nicht direkt in Kappl, sondern an einem Hang. Die schmale Straße hinunter ist ziemlich kurvenreich, aber machbar. Außerdem fährt direkt am Haus auch ein Bus nach Kappl. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

moderne Unterkunft abseits vom Trubel
Schöne und moderne Unterkunft in ausreichender Größe für 8 Personen. Skibus hält direkt vor der Tür und braucht etwa 15 min. bis zur Talstation nach Kappl. Eigentlich modern ausgestattet, nur die 25 Jahre alte Spülmaschine mit defektem Spülkorb hat einige Nerven gekostet. Aber besser als keine Spülmaschine. Sehr nette Vermieter. Brötchen-Service hat super geklappt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Skiurlaub mit Kleinkind und Hund
Es hat uns super gefallen, dass man in mehreren Skigebieten fahren konnte. Die Fahrt zum Haus war für uns gut zu meistern. Vierradantrieb musste nicht zugeschaltet werden. Auslauf für den Hund auf der wenig befahrenen Straße gut möglich. Wir würden die Anfahrt über Kappl empfehlen. Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. In den Schränken im Zimmer wären einige Einlegebödem/Föcher von Vorteil. Mülltrennung ist vorbildlich. Wäre gut, wenn es eine Möglichkeit gäbe mal die Behälter selbst zu leeren/entsorgen.

Unterkunft Feedback
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft auch wenn es immer spannend war oben anzukommen da es nur eine steile schmale Straße gibt. Einziges Manko die Ausstattung der Küche. Geschirr und Töpfe waren ausreichend vorhanden aber so Sachen wie Küchemesser Salzstreuer Schüsseln Mülltüten fehlten komplett. Ausserdem hatten wir immer eine Auswahl von Salz Pfeffer Zucker Kaffeefilter Küchenrollen als Grundausstattung in der Unterkunft. In dieser Unterkunft war das nicht der Fall

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Tolle Ferienwohnung. Alles da was man braucht. Super Aussicht auf die Berge. Anfahrt zur Ferienwohnung ist kurvenreich aber sehr gut zu fahren. So stellt man sich eine Ferienwohnung in den Bergen von Österreich vor. 5*...mit Extrastern.

Schlechte Erfahrungen mit Vermieter
Hinweis auf sehr kurvenreiche Anfahrt sinnvoll. Sehr ärgerlich und Grund für schlechte Bewertung: Kaution wird verlangt , aber man hat ein sehr schlechtes Gefühl, viele Küchengeräte schadhaft oder nicht vorhanden. Absolutes NO GO, bei Abreise 1 Std auf Vermieter gewartet, er hat Telefonate weggedrückt und ist auch nicht erschienen. Dann ohne Kontakt sehr verärgert abgereist. Diese Verhalten ist nicht akzeptabel, Restkaution würde einbehalten, soll überwiesen werden.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich super. Alles sehr sauber und hochwertig. Geschirr, Töpfe und Besteck viel vorhanden. Die Betten waren super bequem.Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und der Brötchenservice funktionierte einwandfrei. Wir waren wirklich begeistert und konnten ein paar wunderbare Tage dort verbringen! Gerne wieder!
