Villa in Olpenitz with swimming pool

The holiday home Villa Seemööv is located in the newly built Ostsee Resort Olpenitz. Please note that construction is currently taking place on the street side in front of the holiday home. We would be happy to inform you about the current status. As soon as you enter the house through the front door, you are in the entrance area. Next to it is a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. This, like most of the lower level, was planned to be barrier-free. There is also a maritime-style bedroom on this level. It was lovingly designed and is furnished with a 1.80m wide bed, which is equipped with mattresses and pillows from Tempur, a wardrobe and a TV with Telekom Entertain. Finally, the hallway leads to the large, light-flooded living-dining area, in which an open kitchen is integrated. There you will find a breathtaking view that you will definitely not forget in a hurry! Through two large sliding doors you enter the large sun terrace, where you can use a seating area, 2 deck chairs and a beach chair. On the upper floor, which can be reached via a staircase, there are two further bedrooms and two bathrooms.
