More water is not possible. The holiday home To Huus impresses with a breathtaking view over the idyllic landscape conservation area on the banks of the Schlei and the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei. Three terraces, phenomenal views and high-quality furnishings with a wood-burning stove and enlarged Finnish sauna invite you to relax.

The holiday home To Huus is located on a narrow headland in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz between the seas of the Schlei, the Baltic Sea and the sailing and sports boat harbour.

Arrive and feel at home. The inviting living/dining area is open-plan and is located on the ground floor. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a view of the reeds swaying in the wind on the banks of the Schlei and the Schlei, which offers an unforgettable holiday panorama right outside the window. The seating area and wood-burning stove provide
cosiness and conviviality and the underfloor heating throughout the property ensures comfort at any time of year. Directly adjoining the living room is the terrace, which guarantees romance, because from here you can watch wonderful sunsets from the cosy beach chair. Whether it's a sociable barbecue evening with a Weber grill or a cup of tea and a book, the immediate proximity to nature and the sea makes holiday dreams come true. Meanwhile, indoor entertainment is provided by the Telekom Home Entertainment programme, which you can enjoy on the large 55-inch HD TV.

In the open, fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare holiday meals with a view of the Schlei.

There are two bedrooms on the second living level. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and walk-in wardrobe and has a direct view of the Schlei. Early risers can enjoy a morning coffee on the adjoining terrace and savour pure nature as wild geese, ducks and deer wake up. The second bedroom offers a view of the marina and has two single beds that can be flexibly pushed together. There is an additional sleeping area on the comfortable sofa bed in the living area.

Also on the first floor is the bathroom with a personal wellness programme: a Finnish sauna for two people with a glass front and water view provides relaxation here. For additional comfort, there is another shower room on the ground floor.

The highlight of the To Huus holiday home is the roof terrace with a 360-degree view of the water. Enjoy sunbathing above the water with passing sailing ships on the Schlei and the harbour cinema of the marina in view.

Einzigartige Lage am Rande des Ostsee Resorts Olpenitz
Das "To Huus" liegt nur wenige Meter von der Zufahrt zum Resort und man ist in wenigen Schritten an der Promenade mit dem tollen Edeka und den anderen Angeboten, oder einfach in der Natur. Gleichzeitig genießt diese Lage die ungestörte Aussicht und Ruhe direkt am Wasser in Richtung Maasholm oder wahlweise über die gegenüberliegenden Häuser auf den Yachthafen. Ausstattung und Qualität lassen auch Regentage zum Genuß werden. Ich koche dort sehr gerne selbst, es fehlt an nichts. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Sehr schön ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in toller Lage am Anfang des Resorts. Dort sind die Bautätigkeit abgeschlossen. Edeka Einksufsmarkt fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Sehr gute Fahrradvermietung in der Nähe. Es gab nichts zu meckern.

Schöne Ferienhaushälfte mit viel Platz
Die gesamte Ferienanlage ist mit einigen hundert Einheiten etwas zu groß geraten. Außer einem Supermarkt und einem italienischen Restaurant keine weitere Infrastruktur. Der nächste Badestrand ist schön, aber ca. 1,4 km entfernt. Sehr schöne Ausflugziele in der näheren Umgebung. Das Haus hat mit Terrasse, Balkon und Dachterrasse tolle Freisitze mit Blick auf die Schlei. Sehr ruhig.

Tolles Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist mit Dingen für den täglichen Gebrauch gut ausgerüstet. Die Betten sind für meinen Geschmack bequem. Das Haus hat 3 Terrassen um die frische Luft außerhalb der Wohnung geniessen zu können, u.a. auch auf dem Dach. Da kann man am Abend bei entsprechender Witterung auch den Sonnenuntergang geniessen.
