Towels had stains on them and toilet door had no privacy wouldn’t lock or close correctly you could look in. We were there the one week and not once was the room cleaned or sheets changed in duration of the week we slept in dirty sheets made us disgusting, the shower wouldn’t drain properly and had a few friendly cockroaches arrive. "It is a family hotel so don't expect luxury. Good size room very well equipped. Good swimming pools. Interesting slides at the waterpark. Good food with very good service at the restaurant. A 5 minutes walk to the beach. I can't find any serious negative things to say."
