The Nalu Collection is a premier group of boutique, luxury villas within Ko Olina Resort. This beautiful Ocean Tower 10th floor Penthouse end-unit is huge and has a unique floor plan with glass doors on both sides of the main living area that slide completely into the walls, creating a wide open space more than 75 ft wide with east, south and westerly views of the Pacific Ocean. This stunning 3 bedroom 3 bath condo can accommodate up to 8 people and is the largest rental in the resort. This villa has been upgraded to include fabulous tropical decor with a new outdoor dining table for 8 and sectional sofa on the 350+sf east facing lanai. The west facing lanai has gorgeous ocean / resort views and seating for 5. This is truly indoor / outdoor living at its best at the Beach Villas.

This villa accommodates up to 8 people plus 2 infants under age 2: 2 in the Master King en-suite bath with walk in shower and deep soaking tub, 2 in the Queen guest room with adjoining shower, 2 in the guest Twin bedroom with en-suite tub/shower. The property features lush landscaping with tranquil koi ponds, two pools (one a beautiful lap pool and the other a lagoon pool with a dedicated children’s sand pool), two Jacuzzis and beachfront access to some of the most beautiful lagoons in the world. The property boasts Wolf outdoor grills and tables perfect for an evening of grilling and enjoying the world-class sunsets. 2 Pools, 3 Jacuzzi's, 4 Beach Lagoons, Marina, Golf, Koi ponds, waterfalls, native flora and fauna. The resort is located just across from the KoOlina golf course, an LPGA championship course designed by Ted Robinson.

The oceanfront walkway stretches for 1.5 miles running between The Four Seasons Oahu, Disney Aulani Hotel, the Beach Villas, Marriott Beach Club Hotel, and the KoOlina Marina. Across the street from KoOlina Golf Club. A short 10 min walk to the town center with shops and restaurants.

Awesome vacation

Lovely property and condo. We came with our 4 adult children and there was plenty of space for everyone.. Property is very quiet (everything shuts down at 9) and relaxing. Highly recommend!!

My daughter and her fam as well as my husband and I. Had a great time for her 30th celebration. Place was right on the beach . Pools were awesome for the kiddos. Nice walking trails . Great Family Vacation! We stayed here for 2 weeks with 5 adults , 2 children and 1 infant. The condo was clean and well stocked. The condo had boogie boards, beach chairs and even sand toys for the kids. Fantastic location for all..lagoons, pools and many great restaurants in walking distance. Joan and Nicole were great to work with and very responsive to my many questions.

We love the Beach Villas! The condo was just like the pictures, great layout and amenities. Perfect for our family with adult children, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Two lanai’s were a bonus. Beds are comfy, plenty of towels for bathrooms and pool/beach. Beach chairs and toys, a cooler also. Only comment about the place, some of the wood furniture is a little beat up, but to be expected in a well loved rental. Good communication with owner/agents. Hope to get back soon!

Perfect Stay in Paradise
This is the fourth time my family and I have stayed in the KoOlina Villas. It’s so beautiful and spacious. We love the large kitchen, the comfortable furniture, the large master suite, and the two additional bedrooms and bathrooms. The multiple swimming pools are never crowded and we enjoy the bar and nightly music. Thank you so much to Joan, Ron, and Nicole for making sure that our stay was perfect.

Perfect for families
Our entire experience from booking our stay to arrival, stay and departure was perfectly smooth and enjoyable. The beach and lagoon were easy to walk to. Plenty of fish in the lagoon and my daughter even swam with a turtle in it. The location was perfect for moving around the island. I can't say enough about it. We will stay here again on future trips to Hawaii..

We loved everything about this Ko'Olina Beach Villa. Communication and check-in was a breeze. Friendly and wonderful service. The unit was gorgeous, clean and spacious. The pools were wonderful and the whole Beach Villas property is beautifully maintained. It was the perfect mix of hotel and condo amenities. The pool bar with live music was wonderful and we enjoyed walking the waterfront beach path each morning. The beach lagoon was the perfect spot to easily post of each day.

RENT THIS PENTHOUSE
Our stay at the Penthouse was one of the best stays ever. The Penthouse and the resort was perfect! Gorgeous views from the lanae, cocktails while watching the beautiful sunset and coffee while watching the sunrise. The penthouse was super spacious and clean. Cooking and having dinner there was the best with the family. Bbqing down at the poolside by the bar was perfect! Joan and Nicole were great. Plenty of space
We stayed at Beach Villas to attend our daughters’s wedding. There were 5 adults and two children and the apartment provided everything we needed. It was extremely well equipped and the second lanai was a real bonus. The grounds are beautiful and I can totally recommend the pool bar cocktails. The staff were very helpful. The market just down the road in the village can satisfy most needs and full shopping is only 10 mins away by car. Restaurants are a little pricey but the food is very good. Special thanks to Joan who manages the property. She was extremely helpful and always prompt in her response. It is a great place for a family holiday. I am sure we will be back again!

5 of us shared this unit for a wedding at the Four Seasons. It was perfect! Lots of room. Beds, bathrooms. Provided an added airbed for an extra guest that we didn't need but had just in case. Pools and tiki bar great. Security wonderful. Appliances are top notch. I have no negatives, only positive things to say about this unit. Everything is walkable as well. This is my 4th time here at the Ko’Olina Beach Villas and it never fails me. This time we are in a 3-bedroom 3BR penthouse villa. Again, the place was very spacious for our group of 7. Watching the sunset from our lanai became part of our daily routine. If you’re just seeking R&R, you don’t have to go anywhere else. This place is “it.” Outside the villa, there are a lot of dining options. A lot of activities are also just several miles drive. Staff were very courteous and kept this place amicably clean! I’ll be coming back here again and again and again!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Everything was as described in the listing and met our needs perfectly! We used large lanai with sectional and dining table multiple times per day and was perfect for our large family! The layout of the home was very family friendly and Joan accommodated our specific needs with small children so perfectly!! The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. Joan was easy to communicate with and the check in process was seamless. The grounds and amenities were well cared for and we could not have asked for more. Tge beach gear and coolers were so helpful!! We highly recommend staying here and we will absolutely be back!!

AMAZING!!!!
This was our second time to Ko Olina. The condo was more that we had even imagined. We had 6 adults and more than enough room for everyone. Having the large dining table was great as we chose to BBQ one night. We could see the ocean from our lanai and loved the amenities of the location. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone!!! Thank you to Joan and Jay for your professionalism and hospitality. We will be back!!!! :) Becky

Everything was perfect except for one thing. Please get your dryer checked. Since towels will be used a lot while in Hawaii, it would be nice to use clean, warm towels. The dryer was not drying. We checked the settings, the lint filter and even just tried to dry one shirt. We had to hang towels dry instead and could not do any laundry that would need to be packed dry before going home. Overall, it was a great stay! Thanks!

Awesome!!
The property and room were both fantastic. We stayed over Thanksgiving and felt like we had the resort to ourselves. The pool and grounds are well kept and a pool chair was easily available at any time of day. The kids loved the large lagoon pool and two hot tubs. Steps away is one of Ko Olina beach lagoons which we also enjoyed. Very good for younger kids as there are no waves. The unit was clean and well kept. The large lanai provided beautiful sunset views in he evening. Joan was more than helpful and accommodating. My entire family was so sad to leave this piece of paradise. Thanks for the great memories.

Gorgeous room and views
Joan was amazing to work with. The condo was beautiful. It was a penthouse with plenty of room and gorgeous views. Beautifully decorated. Wasn't on the top floor even though a penthouse. Only one other room on our floor which was fabulous. We only had one hiccup and that was meeting Nicole to show us the room. Check in was a breeze but we had to wait for our greeter for quite a while. No fault of Joan or Ko Olina. Would most definitely stay again. The lagoons were perfect for all of us to snorkle and relax around. The topping was seeing 2 Hawaiian monk seals sleeping one afternoon on the lagoon beach!!!
