Pocket glass doors connects the spacious great room with an equally spacious lanai and when opened, provides a perfect venue for entertaining family and fiends. The ultimate in indoor/outdoor living.

This was probably the best Vrbo we have ever stayed at. Everything was easy… from check in to check out. The location is perfect as we needed shallow waters for our little swimmers which the beach lagoon provided. I truly appreciated this units decor, it added to the Hawaiian vibe. I even loved how this unit provided a broom to sweep up (sounds odd but with the littles I often find this key feature lacking from rentals). The owners are responsive. Shane checked us in at the property and I appreciated that he showed us how to operate things inside the unit. The property itself is very well kept and has an amazing pool. I look forward to returning!

Ko Olina
Beach Villas at Ko Olina is a beautiful resort set right on the ocean away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. A pathway connects 3 other resorts that run along the coastline and is beautiful peaceful early morning walk. The resort has two pools, including a lap pool, and is well maintained. We would most definitely stay here again.

Great location in Ko Olina
This condo was a great fit for our family of 4. The resort amenities were spectacular. Check in was easy and our room was ready on time. This condo included all the cooking supplies and beach items we needed during our stay. The included parking was also a plus since we had a rental car to visit the other parts of the island. If we make it back to Oahu we will definitely look at this location again.

Relaxing and fun vacation
Wonderful property a short walk from the beach. This unit is well stocked with all kitchen needs, pool and beach toys for kids and linens. Very clean and spacious for our family of four. One note on this unit is that it overlooks the employee parking lot, which creates some noise when the lanai doors are open. But value for this unit and location is fantastic.

Beautiful Ko’Olina Villa
Villa exactly as beautiful as the pictures and exactly as described. We loved this villa and plan to return the next visit to Hawaii. Wally is so easy to work with made renting with him simple. His property manager and greeter were helpful and responded quickly when needed. Definitely recommend this amazing villa to anyone wanting to visit the Ko’Olina area.

Fantastic place to get away
Stayed for two weeks with three generations (grandparents down to college age) and had one of the best vacations any of us have ever had. We went to the beach, walked the paths to the other lagoons, enjoyed both pools and the multiple hot tubs, and worked out in the gym nearly every day we were there. The unit is everything you need or want. Of course the bedrooms are great, but even the futon sofa bed was plenty comfortable for two adults. High-end touches everywhere. Never ran out of towels or beach toys. AC was perfect. New smart TV in the main room came in handy on those rainy afternoons. Showers were fantastic. Plus, the unit's team and the resort's staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We'll be back!

Great location and excellent property for a family to stay in.
This is a lovely spot, close to serene lagoons (with some snorkeling), restaurants and stores such as Costco/Target. The villa was clean, well equipped and very spacious. We were a little unfortunate in our visit in that there was a hurricane warning in place for part of the stay, but the owner was good at communicating information he received from the property management and we felt comfortable remaining in the property itself, despite the warnings. Those deep baths hold a good supply of water!

Great getaway!
The place was beautiful and clean when we arrived. The only issue we had was that the AC didn't work very well in the main area or the second bedroom and there weren't any ceiling fans in the bedrooms to help move air at night. We contacted the hosts and they quickly sent over maintenance, but they weren't able to get it fixed for a couple of days. The hosts were great though, and very responsive to inquiries. Would love to stay here again!

Amazing villa, amazing location…beautiful. The one bad thing I can say is holy cow they are strict on rules. Parking spots are tiny and they have people riding on carts all hours of the day and night to see if you are touching the white line and you will get a warning if you are barely touching. You will get a warning if anything is out on the balcony besides their furniture. A nuisance but not to take away from the beauty of this place. Beaches were fantastic and drinks were grossly overpriced. Would stay here again though, no question

Good good size and right beside Disney.(though Disney don't really let you even park there to use ev charging without being a guest). Villa has a lagoon not even sharing with other resort it really feel like a private beach. Highly recommended for family. And the in-suite laundry really helped us to pack light. Check-in process requires some improvement though, 6 hours prior to my arrival, and until we on-boarded the plane to HNL, still didn't received the check-in package information and made us nervous. But actual hotel unit has a 24 hrs front desk.

Everything went well, cannot wait to return! Wally is very communicative and professional. The villa was lovely. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. The unit's location is not in a loud area which was great. Parking was easy. The staff was so friendly and informative. The pools and hot tubs were very enjoyable. The koi fish ponds are such a nice touch. The lagoons were amazing. There are numerous eateries in the Ko Olina Resort area and plenty more a short drive away. Or you have everything you need to prepare a meal in the unit. The descriptions of this Luxurious Ocean View Villa are accurate. Such a positive and memorable experience!

Absolutely perfect. Exactly as described.
This apartment was the perfect place to end off our stay in Hawaii. The ammenities were great for a family of 5. Everything was well maintained and clean. The kitchen stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils etc to enjoy meals in. Two full bathrooms and tvs in each bedroom and living room meant we could spread out. The apartment has access to two beautiful pools and pristine lagoons. Morning walks along the promenade were so relaxing and the sunsets were the perfect way to end the day especially when we spotted whales in the distance. We had been on the go around Hawaii for 2.5 weeks before arriving here and the location was the perfect place to really chill. Bear in mind that you will need a car to access restaurants and bigger supermarkets, all within a 10 minute drive. Many thanks for use of your lovely apartment. I envy the Hawaiian lifestyle.

Great, with some exceptions
Overall we liked our 3 week stay at this vacation rental, but there are a few things that could have been better. The Good: The location is great. If you're staying in Ko Olina you really want to be on the lagoon. Every day we watched lines of people waiting for one of the few parking spots. I loved the lagoons! This is a great area w lovely, safe uncrowded beaches, and great places to walk. The property managers are both lovely, helpful people. The pools and hot tubs were fabulous. The Bad (that may be too strong of a word lol): The photos don't really show the view, but you are on the second floor above the parking lot. Luckily the block across the street is empty field, so it still felt fairly private. No screens on the patio or windows. The style is to open completely, but then we had flies and even a gecko in the apartment. There are also some very aggresive birds that I am sure would have come inside if we had given them a chance. The AC works, but it was not very even. Ice cold for a while, then off completely (without us adjusting anything). All the frying pans were losing teflon, so I bought a new GreenPan. We also had to buy plastic storage containers, bag clips, otherwise nothing for leftovers. None of the TVs are Smart TVs. I think this has come up with other renters, as they had a 26in one to loan us, but we solved it by buying a Roku device at Walmart. I would expand on some things but running out of space! Bottom line: I would stay here again.

Wonderful
We had such a wonderful stay and would definitely come back here. The condo was clean, spacious and even had beach equipment to use such as chairs, boogie boards, bamboo mats, snorkel masks and beach towels. The location of this rental was great because you just walk out of gated pool area and lagoon 2 is right there! I will admit at first I I did get a little bummed the view from lanai directly out was of a parking lot and dead grass area but when you walk out on lanai the ocean is to your left and its close enough to get the ocean breeze and enjoy coffee out there in the mornings. The path along the side from marina to four seasons was great for my morning runs and is about 2.4 miles long. The lagoons were wonderful and we were able to take my 7 year old nephew to snorkel and see fish there and we even saw a few seals that were at the edge of lagoons diving for fish, what a site to see! I really enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki/Honolulu area. Monkeypod (restaurant) and the island coffee shop were close and we highly recommend those places. We went to Monkeypod after seeing fireworks on the beach and they have happy hour from 9-11 and had live music. Wally was so thoughtful and forwarded the email about fireworks on the beach to us and there was hardly anyone who knew about this but it was the BEST firework show I have ever seen in my life and it felt like it was exclusively just for us! You can tell that Wally takes great pride in his condo and responds immediately to any questions and this is the reason when I was going through vacation rentals on this site that this place stood out and when I emailed him questions prior to booking he responded quickly.

Relax and Revive Family Fun
Ko'Olina is a beautiful resort area with access to two pools and a lagoon, which was perfect for my niece and nephews. In the lagoon, we were able to do some "light" snorkeling. There is a small shopping area, coffee shop, and restaurants within walking distance. Target and Costco are only 10-15 minutes away by car. I personally preferred staying in this quiet area and driving to some of the major sites (Waikiki, Pearl Harbor, etc.); without traffic, almost anything on the island can be reached within an hour. The condo itself had all the necessary amenities, including laundry (soap included), beach towels, beach chairs, dishes, spices, kitchen appliances and more. The futon couch seemed to be a more comfortable alternative to a traditional sofa bed--used by my 9-year-old niece one night. The lanai has a peek-a-boo view of the ocean and looks out toward Aulani over a field of grass. I would have preferred more lounge furniture on the lanai (currently there is one chaise lounge and a large glass dining table and chairs)--that's simply a personal preference based on how you plan to use the space. Bathrooms were spacious, clean, and nicely designed. My sister rented a different unit at Ko'Olina; the fixtures were the same, the only difference being the furniture and decor. Each room is allotted 4 room keys that are required to get into the buildings and up to your specific floor--very secure, but made visiting my sister's condo a little challenging. There is a gym onsite, a lane for lap swimming in the "quiet" pool, and the staff is very friendly. Wally, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating when it came to changing our reservation, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay with all of the available amenities and excursions. Ko'Olina is a great place for families--including aunts (or uncles) who sometimes wander down to the tiki bar or lie by the pool with a book. =)
