Guest(s) must abide by the condominium HOUSE RULES and any violation by Guest(s) or their invitees are the sole responsibility of the Guest. A copy of the House Rules is located in the unit.
Not a Hotel: Please note this is a condominium, not a 24/7 full-service hotel.
Internet/Cable TV are complimentary, therefore not guaranteed or reimbursable.
*Please do not purchase any on-demand / streaming programs on the TV. You will be charged extra for purchasing such services.
Pets (other than service animals) are not allowed in the unit. Please remove your shoes while in the unit, to avoid incurring extra cleaning.

・NO Smoking: Smoking is not permitted on the property, in the unit, or on Lanai.
You will be charged $250 per violation per person.: If you notice smoking from another unit, please contact the building security at the front desk so they can immediately check it out.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of our neighbors as this is a residential community. Please keep noise level to a minimum.
You will be charged for unauthorized check-outs beyond the esignated time. (Please contact us to receive approval.)

Mails: Guests will have not access to the mailbox. (We do not have a mail box key. Please do not purchase items online during your stay. Even if you contact us We can not open it. )
Check-Out Time is 10AM. Late check-out is not permitted without advance approval, and may be subject to extra charges.

Please make sure that all windows and doors are locked.
You will see a pending charge on your last day of stay.
This is a temporary hold and NOT and actual charge. This will be automatically release after a week if the unit is left clean and undamaged and no need of extra charges.
IMPORTANT: If there is any damage to the unit or the cleaner requires more than 2 hours to clean because of a mess, you will be charged the extra cleaning fee.
