For your convenience, the Beach Villas provide 24/7 front desk assistance, and I am always available to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. A signed rental agreement is required before check-in, and will be emailed to you for review, signature, and return prior to your arrival. The resort also offers a shuttle service within the gated community, though a car is recommended for those wishing to explore more of Oahu. Your stay includes one designated parking stall, with additional parking available at the resort’s discretion for a $25 per reservation fee.

1. Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 45 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit, unless the rental is successfully re-booked at the same rate.
2. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes to your travel plans.
3. Rescheduling Policy: Any changes to your reservation within 45 days of the arrival date will be considered a cancellation.
4. Non-refundable Transaction Fees: Credit card transaction fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. These fees are assessed by the merchant of record and include charges from credit card institutions, not from Island Living Homes.
