Beach Tower villa 209 has a spectacular view of the sunset! Its location is superior to all other units in the complex because it is truly beachfront. Beautifully decorated with high end furnishings, two very comfortable sofas and a beautiful dining area. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors, a large tub and shower. Bath 2 also has a large bathtub and shower. This Villa is private and quiet and is shielded from pool noise. This is a "First Class" villa that has been lovingly maintained and furnished with comfort in mind. Relax and lounge on the deck in this coveted private location with one of the most spectacular views on the island. This villa is great for families or couples looking to get away! Photographs are of the actual villa.

- Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, a Sub-Zero fridge refrigerator and freezer, Wolf stove cook top and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine with permanent coffee filter, cookware, silverware, dinnerware, glassware, stemware, spice rack, and more!
- We include paper towels, tissue, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, hand soap, and mini hotel sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and bath soap. All your soft linens, bath and beach towels are included as well!

We were very happy with our stay at The Villas in Ko Ohlina. The property, room and proximity to the beach were all amazing. We will definitely return and would recommend The Villas to anyone visiting the west side.

We loved our stay in Ko’Olina. Sitting on the lanai, listening to the waves, and often being serenaded by the musician at the bar area down below. The communication with Chris was prompt answering any questions we had. Attention to detail was great!

The property is incredible. Very luxurious and spacious. The very from the deck is outstanding. The lagoon is great for young kids as is the lagoon pool. Our lagoon wasn’t very busy so it didn’t feel crowded. We were very happy with our stay.

Wonderful View
We had a lovely week. The view from the lanai started and ended each day with joy. We snorkeled in the lagoon every day and saw a sea turtle on our last day. So cool. Several restaurants within walking distance which was nice.

Great location to stay in Ko Olina!
We spent five nights and had a GREAT time. This unit is right over the water at one of the four lagoons in Ko Olina and has all the amenities you want for a family. This beach is less crowded than the other three and we liked that. The poolside bar is great for drinks - not food. It is any easy walk to other places to eat or a one mile drive to the shops. Five stars - would stay here again!!

Great Stay!
Our family had such a wonderful stay at this condo! It was exactly as described. It’s well stocked and has everything you might need for cooking big meals. It’s very spacious and comfortable. The views are even better than the photos! It’s on the best lagoon, the beach was never too crowded. The grounds are really nice. The lap pool is heated (nice surprise) and the complex is very clean and quiet. We will definitely be returning soon!

This condo is well kept and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. It’s well maintained absolutely the best location in KoOlina much less the villa properties. Clean and well maintained. I am tough to please and could not find one negative or criticism.

My husband and I knew we wanted to come to Hawaii for our babymoon. We usually stay on the north shore, but decided to try something different this time. This unit did not disappoint! The view alone is worth staying here! Everything was perfect. The appliances are high end, and the condo was stocked with everything you could ever need for a great vacation. Best Villa!
This is by far the best property at the Ko'Olina Villas. Me and my wife spent 16 days at the beach tower and it was worth every penny. It is close to all the essential areas, businesses, and the beach view made it a no'm-brainer. The villas also give you an extra peace of mind in safety and security with lots of protections in place to ensure only guests have access to indoor and outdoor portions of the towers. Chris takes very good care of the property and it is clean and well maintained. So many useful appliances and comfortable living space to make you feel at home. I've stayed here twice and I would 100% stay here again.
