You will truly enjoy this newly updated 2 Bedroom & 2 Bath Side by Side floor plan on the 8th floor of the Beach Tower (poolside). This villa has a king in the master bedroom, and 2 twins (or 1 king) in the 2nd bedroom and new queen-sized sofa bed in the living room to sleep 6 comfortably. Enjoy the 8th floor ocean views from our fully equipped kitchen and kitchen island with counter stools for 3. The new sofa bed, 75” TV and 2 swivel leather chairs plus the lanai furniture are great for sunsets or relaxing. With these pool and ocean views, you can't go wrong. The open living room / dining room area has a dining room table with seating for 6 with plenty of space in your home away from home. Enjoy "home cooked meals and cocktails" from the comfort of your home or there are several first-class dining choices available also within walking distance, including the Beach Bar by the pools.

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are in the World-Famous Ko Olina Resort and Marina and are located on the 2nd of the four lagoons within the Resort. You’ll enjoy the mile and a half walkway along the four lagoons as you pass the newest 4 Seasons on Oahu, the Disney Aulani Hotel & Spa, the Marriot Ko Olina Beach Club and us, The Beach Villas at Ko Olina. Ko Olina is also home to the Ko Olina Golf Course which has hosted the Lotte LPGA tournament and the Ko Olina Marina. You'll find plenty to do during your 6-night minimum stay at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina.

How great are the Beach Villas at Ko Olina?

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are one of the newest privately owned ocean front luxury condominiums with hotel style accommodations on Oahu. The fully equipped kitchens and furnishings compliment the 1,200 to 1,600 square feet 2- and 3-bedroom models. The Beach Villas are about 25 miles from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki and Honolulu. It's an easy drive anywhere on the island to explore, but we think you’ll really enjoy the peace and quiet of the Ko Olina Resort and Marina in what’s quickly becoming the premier resort on Oahu. The Beach Villas are 247 individually owned, luxury resort condominiums that are legally available for 6 night or longer short-term rentals. It is hard to imagine a better place for your Hawaiian Adventure to begin from.

While we realize that you have many choices for accommodations for your vacation, the value and amenities which are all included in our resort collection villa pricing are hard to beat. These include curbside greeting with luggage assistance, personal escort to your villa and orientation of your villa. We also include snorkeling equipment upon request, beach chairs, beach towels and an ice chest in your villa. As an added service and to give your vacation a quick start, we will receive and deliver an Instacart grocery delivery to your villa on your day of arrival into your villa between 2 and 4 pm so you’re ready to go as soon as you arrive (must follow specific instructions; found on our website blog).

This 2 side by side 2 bedroom with 2 full baths (private 5 piece in master and shower/tub in hall bath) is on the 8th floor of the Beach Tower and faces the lagoon pool with dramatic ocean views and fabulous sunsets as you look south and west from the lanai toward the 3rd lagoon and coastline. The master bedroom has a king bed, a private bath and an attached lanai. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twins that can be combined into a king with the hall bath conveniently located. There is a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room for comfortable sleeping of up to 6 adults with a maximum occupancy of 6. We also have floor futons available for children. This villa also comes equipped with a pack n play, stroller and highchair in the villa for your use while you are here. (Maximum occupancy is 6 excluding children under 2).

The views from this villa are great and the best part of the Beach Villas is the how much you will feel like you are in a friend’s home for the week and not a hotel room. A new living room set, 65” TV and a new dining room set with seating for 6 in Aug of 2022 make for comfortable living. The kitchen island and the seating on the lanai with the retractable pocket sliding doors lets you open up the house for indoor/outdoor living. The fully equipped kitchen with topline appliances and 2 double Wolfe BBQ stations located on each end of the lagoon pool will let your imagination be your only limits to how you spend your mealtimes. There are new smart TVs in the living room and both Bedrooms with cable and highspeed Wi-Fi so you can enjoy the modern conveniences while relaxing in paradise.

The 18-hole Ko Olina Championship Golf Course is right across the street and if you want to golf while you’re out here, we can even have some golf clubs ready for you upon arrival (extra charge applies).

When selecting your escape in Hawaii, it is all about location and this villa will not disappoint you in the least. At the Beach Villas, your reservation will entitle you to access to all our property's amenities including 2 pools, 3 spas located around the pools, BBQs around the pools and a fitness center with separated men and women showers and lockers. Each of the private lockers have a steam and sauna room as well as showers with towels, soaps and shampoos. (Including a full access shower). Massage services are available through independent contractors.

During your stay (we have a 6-night minimum stay), you'll get to know all the benefits that the Ko Olina Resort has to offer. Stop by the world class marina with plenty of fishing, diving and charter opportunities or the Ted Robinson designed Golf Course. Browse the shops at the Disney Aulani and the Ko Olina 4 Season's resort next door on Lagoon 1. The four lagoons with their man-made outer reefs are a swimming and snorkeling paradise and great for folks who want a calmer setting or for parents with younger children. The Beach Villas at Ko Olina also have a front desk open 24/7 with onsite staff for security and general assistance. The Property also has on-site parking, which may require a one-time $25 parking fee per vehicle upon arrival.

You'll be greeted by us personally when you arrive, and we'll help you get settled and answer any questions you have upon arrival. If you have questions between your arrival time and your reservation, just let us know and we should be able to take care of those also. We live in the resort and look forward to welcoming you to our neighborhood.

A 1 1/2-mile beachfront walking/running path connects all 4 lagoons and the marina. It is safe with lighting at night and provides a wonderful walk along the lagoons with great backdrops for those Christmas photos. Each of the hotels have restaurants along with a commercial center with shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance from the Beach Villas.

Less than 2 miles away, the center of Kapolei has all the conveniences of a large city including a Costco and several supermarkets. There are also a Target, Ross, Walmart, Safeway and Foodland. Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park, Kapolei and Regis Theaters, Outback Steakhouse, Chili's, Baskin Robbins, Longs Drugs and Starbucks and lots of restaurants.

DISCLAIMER: The Beach Villas at Ko Olina have vacant Hotel sites on each side of the property which have sold and may undergo development and construction in the coming years. Traditionally, projects are announced well in advance of the start of construction and do not impact the lagoons or beaches. This Villa was stunning!! The location is absolutely perfect, with all the extra amenities in the villa. They have really thought of everything to make this feel like home away from home. Where you escape and relax in a magical paradise. My only tip, is bring your own food and cocktails down to the pool or beach. The food and drinks at bar by the pool were unfortunately awful.Thanks to the villa they have a wagon and cooler to pack your own things. They truly have thought of everything. We will be going back!!

The property manager was so responsive and the facilities were top notch. All of the amenities in the villa were as stated, and absolutely top-of-the-line. Couldn’t have had a better time.
