This elegant Villa in the Ocean Tower overlooks the Pacific Ocean, sandy beach Lagoons, and the pools at KoOlina's premier residential resort community, The Beach Villas. Our resort sits aside the 2nd lagoon beach, next to the world class Disney Aulani Hotel and Marriott Ihilani Hotel, The Beach Villas is one of Hawaii's most luxurious oceanfront resorts. We boast 5 star luxury and amenities, 2 pools, 3 Jacuzzi's, miles of beaches and walkways, marina, ocean cruises, whale watching off your lanai, and a short 25 minutes to the beautiful City of Honolulu. The villa has a king bed in the master and two twins that can be converted to a king in the spare bedroom, and a fold out couch.

Conveniently located near Honolulu International Airport and the city of Honolulu, but far away from the crowds of Waikiki. The Beach Villas Resort is in a class by itself for luxury and tranquility. Come enjoy a relaxed first class stay at this fabulous Villa along side the beautiful Pacific Ocean.

We reserve the right to deny rentals that leave more than a three day gap between guests.

Please note reservations made after October 1, 2023 will incur a one time parking registration fee of $25 which covers the duration of your stay. This will be payable to the front desk at check in.

Fabulous resorts
The resort grounds and amenities were very nice. The surrounding area was also close to many shops. We were able to get all our extra cleaning and food supplies easily. We loved both pools and short walk to the beach. The BBQ grills onsite were very handy. The condo had everything we needed for our two week stay. Only issue were the cockroach traps all over the condo floors, and trying to keep my infant grandson away from those. Although it fit five adults, I think no more than four people is best for spreading out. We also enjoyed being next to the Disneyland resort and Paradise Cove. We would definitely stay at this resort again.

Relaxing getaway
This condo is in the perfect area of Ko’Olina! We loved this neighborhood of four resorts all connected with a beautiful running path. It felt so safe and clean. The condo itself was very good, clean and the layout was great for our family of 4.

Maria’s Ko’Olina stay was everything that the listing had and more. The area was wonderful and the view from the condo was amazing. She had it stocked with everything you need for a fun day at the lagoons. Location was great, an added bonus that we were walking distance to the Luau at Aulani. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Property Great Host
Wonderful ocean front property with all the amenities. Kitchen was well stocked with comfortable beds. What makes this property even more special was the very responsive host/manager who responded quickly to text and made sure we were comfortable by replacing missing BBQ utensils, providing new beach towels, and even gave us welcome basket filled with goodies and a wine bottle. Definitely will book again in the future. Will not be disappointed if you stay in this unit. Thank you for hosting our family.

Fantastic accommodations in Ko’Olina
From the beginning to end, our experience at this property was fantastic. Maria is super responsive, helpful and great to work with. Not only did the villa have an amazing view, it had virtually everything needed for a 10 day stay; including recreational items such as a cooler, fishing poles, boogie boards, etc. We’d definitely stay here again.

Wonderful week in Ko’Olina
This was a terrific place to stay on Oahu. Took a few day trips to other parts of the island and enjoyed a few days just relaxing at the beautiful lagoon here. Lovely condo. Perfect for four people. Easy experience from check-in to check-out. Great views from large balcony. Lovely grounds and pools. Everyone enjoyed it!

Condo was exactly as advertised and had numerous beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach towels & toys. Wonderful way to enjoy the Ko Olina coves and the island of Oahu. Property overall is amazing. Clean common areas, friendly staff, beautiful beach. We will be back!

Family Vacation
Would definitely recommend for families with children. The lagoons were perfect for kids and adults…..wonderful snorkeling with very little worry of current or rip tide. Saw many varieties of fish and coral and sea turtles every day. We’re we’re lucky enough to see whales from our balcony one day. Restaurants within walking distance and an easy drive to Honolulu, the North Shore, and East/Windward side of the Island.

We stayed for 10 days while helping our son who had surgery. The location was perfect. We had wonderful dinners the BBQ grills came in handy. We enjoyed the pools and hot tubs. The walk along the ocean was wonderful in the morning. In this condo we had sunrise and sunset views couldn’t ask for more.

Excellent location and views from this unit. .The property was clean and Maria was very responsive when we had an issue with the washing machine. Only drawback was that the unit was not ready when we were ready to check in so we had to wait around for an hour. Overall great experience.
