Ko Olina Beach Villa 3BR Rental
This is a beautiful property. Our 3 BR/2 1/2 bath home for a week is lovely. Has both ocean and mountain views and private covered parking. Every amenity you could want is included. I’ve stayed at this owner’s property 3 times now. Very well maintained and managed. Our family loved it.

Great Location
Beautiful location, great amenities (pool, hot tub, washer / dryer, bar at the pool) and awesome weather. The beach was never crowded and always had access to the pool. We really enjoyed the stay and would definitely book again.

Perfect Family Getaway!
This Villa was the perfect place to stay for our family of 5. It felt like home, but with a better view :) We enjoyed that it was not as crowded as the hotels next to us. We were able to enjoy the relaxed feel of this location and still enjoy the restaurants and activities at neighboring hotels. This is the second time we have stayed at The Beach Villas at Ko Olina. It surely will not be the last.

Amazing!
Had a blast at Michael’s place. It had amazing views and had everything we needed for our 15 month old including a pack and play. Place was clean and comfortable to stay at for the week long vacation with our family.

The Condo was everything they said it was. Beautiful Condo and surrounding property. Beach was awesome and very welcoming. We rented a car and seemed not to far to fun activities. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The best family get away!
We had the best stay! From needing help at check in due to a delay at our rental car to being steps from the beach we were amazed! We had so much space for 5 adults and one infant. This is our second stay at the villas and we are already planning to return for our third! Thank you!!

Loved the location. Condo was perfect for my family. Some furniture a little worn but still beautiful. The views were stunning. Only complaint is that we arrived an hour later than expected and the cleaning lady was still there cleaning.

My hubby and I stayed here with our two adult sons and our son’s new fiancé. We celebrated our 29th Anniversary (6/10), my birthday (6/22), my youngest son’s graduation from Rowan University (5/8) and my oldest son proposed to his girlfriend right on the property at the beach cove. Everything was amazing! We had a full itinerary that included plenty of time to relax. The villa had everything and was better than we imagined. Book this place. You won’t regret it. Thank you Mike for a wonderful time!

Ko Olina is so pretty and quiet. Our family of 8 stayed here (3 generations) and everyone loved the location and the villa. We enjoyed the lanai, the sunrise, sunsets, and the ocean view. The villa felt like home for our one week stay; we felt safe and secure. We walked to the market several times to get grocery items, visited Aulani, and ate at Eggs n Things. The resort has clean pools and hot tubs and landscaping that is beautifully taken care of. We recommend the quiet pool to relax and sunbathe. We would recommend this villa to anyone who wants a memorable vacation while visiting the prettiest state! We hope to return to Oahu someday and will definitely be staying at Ko Olina.

Very lovely property, everything was nice. The property had everything we need to make our time here special. The 2 negative points were ( & this isn't on the owners) the parking spaces are very tight & the setup of the dryer was interesting.

Perfect stay!
This unit was perfect for a multi-family stay. The unit had everything we needed, and the property offered great swimming pools and hot tubs on site, lagoon access was easy, and there was plenty of beach gear. Kitchen was fully equipped and lots of extra beach towels were a bonus! The owner's quick communication was helpful and the front desk personnel were always welcoming. Overall, the stay was unforgettable and highly recommended for a well-equipped and comfortable getaway experience.

Beautiful property - great ocean view!
We enjoyed our time at the Ko Olina Villa, incredible view and the property is beautiful. Highly recommend it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was there were a few items that needed to be addressed during our stay but overall a great villa.

Beautiful properties, surrounded by a number of places (Marriot, Disney and Four Seasons) that provide additional amenities. Gorgeous lagoons with cool things to see. Only complaint is you need to go off property and leave Ko Olina if needing supplies. Local market and restaurants are handy and quaint but expensive

Ko Olina Perfect
We are owners are the Marriott Ko Olina so very familiar with the area. This was our first time renting at the Beach Villas and it worked perfectly. We had 6 adults with us and the villa was ideal. Everything —especially the view — worked terrific and was comfortable. the beach items were wonderful to have and location was great. We enjoyed the relaxing vibe at the pools and never felt crowded. We would definitely rent here again!

Wonderful first visit to Oahu and we were not disappointed. Condo was as stated. Comfortable for 3 generations. Kitchen well equipped and modern. Fast elevator to the 9th floor. Views were excellent. Saw so many rainbows! Great shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Local market for quick foods, gifts and medicine. Loved the Monkey Pod and Eggs N Things (ask for Janine!) restaurants. Pools, hot tubs, walk-up bar, and a relaxing GORGEOUS lagoon. Special 50th Anniversary trip for us, March 2024.

Heavenly Bliss
This is our 3rd time staying at the Beach Villas Resort. We love the amenities, pools, fitness room, bar, beach front access, & that it’s in a safe neighborhood, This is our 1st time staying in this rental. Great accommodations for our family of 5 which included our 2 adult children & grandson. Everyone had their own space & privacy. If there is any recommendations I could give it would be to have a full size ironing board in the place. Kind of a pain to iron on a very small ironing board. Other then that great place to stay.

Great place!
We had a great time and the place worked well for our family. Lots of beach toys, floaties, snorkeling gear, boogie boards and gear for babies/toddlers (pack n plays and high chairs). Location is amazing! A few issues with dryer not working properly (squealing), cleanliness, and furniture being old and run-down. But for a family with young kids it worked great!! View is amazing, pools are great and beach was nice. Loved our time in Ko Olina!

Wonderful family vacation place!
This condo was absolutely gorgeous! The ocean view was beautiful to wake up to every morning along with the resort's lovely grounds. We've been to Hawaii numerous times on various islands and have stayed at both hotels and condos...This is definitely rated as one of our family's top places to stay! The condo was spotless and the amenities were very up to date..the kitchen was great and it was nice to have the lanai open completely so that we can have dinner while enjoying the open air. Mike was great to deal with and he made the whole experience worry free! Will definitely come back!
