"I stayed Windsor Lodge with my daughter in June 2022. This is a Heritage property and renovated long back. The rooms are spaces and staff is very friendly. The problem is rooms are very old, stinking, linen and bed not good condition. Old style TV, bathroom, network issues away from the city. This Property needs immediate renovation. "

"Loved our recent stay in Itmenaan estate. We went there with our kiddos - our 3 year old toddler and our 5 year old doggo. The property is situated in a serene location with a clear view of the Himalayan mountain ranges. The rooms are comfortable. Could be more cleaner and the service of house keeping could be better but overall comfortable and simple cottage living in the mountains. The food is great and homely. "It’s an average bed and breakfast place. Sheets were dirty when I entered first. Had to make them replace it. Limited food choice and food was too spicy. View is good. "

"It’s serene, heartbreakingly beautiful. Loved my third bed by the window. Best experience waking up to the morning light and birds. The meal prices are, on the other hand, unreasonably high. For a basic meal, nothing special to warrant that kind of pricing. Use too much oil in food. Wouldn’t recommend eating at the property. Want to come here again in the future though.."

"First of all let me mention that it has been a nightmare experience with Hotel Bala Paradise, Munshiyari. Inspite of booking the hotel atleast 2 months back through Expedia, Hotel Bala Paradise, Munshiyari denied us checking-in on 26.12.24 (refer attached whatsapp communications). They got our already-booked room sold to another customer at a high price due to high demand. Reaching Munshiyari at 11 pm on 26th instant when we were denied entry, we had to somehow manage with a different hotel named Naini Homestay (refer attached bill and card of the hotel), or, else we would have had to stay within our car itself at a chilling temperature of -11 degree celcius. Just imagine the inhumane torture resulting out from the greed and immorality of someone."
