Our condo, 26T8 Kapalua Golf Villas, has everything you need for a perfect vacation:

COMFORT: Central air conditioning, remodeled kitchen, new furniture, newly carpeted and painted, king bed upstairs, and new sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress downstairs.

VIEW: Our upper-level oversized corner lanai provides an expansive ocean view, including the islands of Molokai and Lanai.

PEACE: Avoid the traffic and noise of the crowded beachfront condos. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from our spacious lanai and wake up to the soft sounds of island birds.

BEACH ACCESS and NEARBY RESTAURANTS: It's only a 10-minute walk to Napili Beach or Kapalua Beach, two of Hawaii's best beaches. If you'd prefer a ride, call the free Kapalua Shuttle, which will pick you up at our condo and take you to these beaches and any point in Kapalua, including the best restaurants in west Maui--Merriman's, Banyan Tree at the Ritz Carlton, Cane and Canoe at the Montage, or the Plantation House.

EXCERCISE: Sidewalks throughout Kapalua allow for scenic walking or jogging, including along the Kapalua Coastal Trail. And you'll love the gated pool next to our condo (with quiet hours after 9 p.m.) For those interested in a more intense workout, there are several tennis and pickle ball courts available to guests.

KA’ANAPALI SHOPPING: It's only a 10-minute drive from our condo to Ka'anapali, where you can enjoy the best shopping in west Maui at Whaler's Village.

Great location! Wake up and enjoy a walk through the beautiful Kapalua neighborhood. Drop by the Honolua store for your morning coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack. Walk or take the shuttle to the beach, restaurants, or golf courses. If it’s not a great beach day enjoy the clean pool that is right next door to the condo. Come back at night in time for a gorgeous sunset! For the price and location, you can’t go wrong renting this golf villa!

Paradise!
This really is a VRBO rental where the view is even better than the photos in the listing. Kapalua is stunning and this villa take full advantage of it. We sat on the deck whale watching with the binoculars provided, amazed at how often we saw them breaching. To say that the villa was quiet is an understatement. It was heavenly. And it was spotless upon arrival. We walked 3 - 4 miles each day. The Kapalua Coastal Trail is just down the hill from the Villa. I would not hesitate if you are considering this villa. You won't be disappointed!

wonderful stay
We (family of 4) had a wonderful time at Rob and Kristi's condo. They communicated promptly with any requests, made sure we had beach towels for the week, and were very helpful with local recommendations. The condo is updated and very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The view from the lanai is amazing! There was a set of binoculars at the house and we had fun using them to look for whales. We walked to the beach sometimes (easy walk downhill) but usually took the Kapalua shuttle with the kids. We had a great time!

Terrific stay in Kapalua
We had a terrific 4 night stay in the Kapalua Golf Villas, and would definitely look to reserve this unit again. The listing description and pictures are spot on, and if anything the nice patio photos don't give the actual view (and sunsets) justice. The location next to the pool was great, and while there is noise that will carry to the patio it immediately stopped once quiet hours hit. Overall a very peaceful, quiet, and relaxed setting. We didn't use the Kapalua Shuttle, but saw it running laps every time we were heading in or out from the complex. Getting to Honolua Bay, or Napili Bay, or Kapaula Bay, etc within a 5-10 min car ride made the location excellent for our plans to sample the outstanding snorkel spots we'd read about. The unit is in very high quality shape. Only issue we had during our stay was that there was a scheduling hiccup with the housekeeper prior to our arrival (thought we were arriving a day later). We made a call to the number provided and within an hour (immediately driving in from Kahalui on a Sun evening) she was at the condo and made sure things were taken care of ASAP. Unit was spotless afterwards. Hoping to get back to Maui & Kapalua soon...

Wonderful stay in Kapalua
We stayed here for 12 days & absolutely loved the condo & location. The ocean & golf course views from the lanai were beautiful. Spent hours reading, eating & just enjoying the quiet. Pool & BBQ so close & convenient for trips back & forth. Had one issue being locked out one day when we returned from an outing. Called Kristi & she immediately had somebody come out & fix the problem. AC is an added bonus & worked great. Highly recommend! Thanks Kristi for being such a great host.

This place was amazing! The condo is very quiet, comfortable, and spacious... and the views are spectacular! We enjoyed taking morning walks on the Kapalua Coastal Trail and going to our favorite beach - Napili Bay. It was great being able to walk down to the beach any time we wanted and not worry about parking. We had an excellent time in Lahaina for Mother's Day. The only thing that would have improved our stay would have been a blender to make our morning smoothies (we survived 😉). Everthing was awesome! Mahalo for a wonderful trip!

We enjoyed our week long stay in Kapalua. Some of the highlights of these great unit below: - The view is truly breathtaking. - The facility was quiet. We enjoyed our coffee outdoors every morning. - The pool is right next to the condo, which made it ideal for families with young children. - The pull-out couch was very comfortable for our young children. - It was a downhill 15 minute walk to Kapalua Bay and the start of the Kapalua trail. We did the walk a couple times, but the walk back was too steep for kids so we took advantage of the free shuttle. Or we would drive to the free lot. - We loved the provided beach chairs and boogie boards. No beach toys, but we left some for future guests. We don't have cons per se, but some extra/heavier blankets and extra bath/pool towels would be easy improvements. Our family flies through towels (as our kids swim multiple times as a day) so we had to do laundry a couple times. It wasn't a big deal as laundry was in unit with soap provided. Finally, the communication with the owners was truly fantastic. They answered all of our questions prior to our stay so we felt right at home when we opened the doors on our first day. Fantastic Stay!
We really enjoyed our week at this property. It was so quiet and relaxing. It was next to the pool but not once a noise issue. Beautiful views of golf course and ocean from a big Lanai! The townhome was super clean, with all the amenities and extras needed for a family with two kids! It had boards, beach chairs, sand toys etc. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay there again!

Kapalua is a great area with hiking, wonderful beaches w/in walking distance & close to great restaurants. We love to visit in whale season, & it was fun to watch for spouts from the lanai. Condo is beautiful & hosts are extremely easy to work with!

This property made for a PERFECT vacation in Maui! The location within the condo property (right next to the pool & BBQs and on a tee box) was ideal. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed and pillows are SUPER comfy! We watched the sunset from the lanai each evening...it was so enjoyable. The inclusion of the car really made the stay complete. It was SO easy to stow the back row of seats to fit our golf clubs and we loved the seat coolers :) We can't thank you enough for making our stay so wonderful and we can't wait to book again! (I forgot to sign the guestbook in the condo and I'm regretting that! Next time:))

Aloha! 🌺 We cannot say enough about the property owners. They were very kind, provided excellent communication, and answered any questions immediately. Not only was their condo beautiful, it was spotless! Their housekeeper does an amazing job. The sunset views overlooking the beautiful golf course and ocean were breathtaking. Great property & great owners
What a great property and great owners. We initially had a problem and once we contacted the owners, it was fixed immediately. We also had difficulty getting out of town as our first shuttle company didn't have enough drivers available so we rescheduled with a taxi service. Since our flight was departing later than anticipated, the owners offered to let us use their car for a few hours. They definitely went above and beyond and we are so greatful. Thank you!
