Great Location
The Waipouli Beach Resort is an awesome spot. It’s central location allows easy travel to both north and south sides of the island. And the pool makes for a great home base to swim and chill with all ages.

So beautiful and comfortable!
We LOVED staying at G302! The views from the balconies were so gorgeous, the beds were very comfortable, it was amazing being able to do laundry every day, and do meals "at home" when we wanted. Very convenient having Safeway across the street, and the location is perfect.. close to the airport and short drives to any of the beaches on the east. Our girls had so much fun on the waterslides at the hotel pool and loved the giant bathtub in the unit too. What an amazing stay. Thank you so much for having us!

Great condo, resort and location
The condo was great and as shown in the pictures. Well stocked with all you needed to cook meals in. The view is fantastic with an excellent ocean view. The pool area was nice and never had a problem getting a chair. It is in a great central location and it was very handy to have a Safeway and ABC store right across the street. Walked to several good restaurants that were close. Only thing I would change would be to put a king size bed in the 2nd bedroom so it would be the same as the master suite and more comfortable for adults sharing the condo.

Kauai Paradise
The condo was beautiful. The view from each room to the ocean was breathtaking. There was plenty of space for my crew of 6. The pool area was enjoyed by all. Loved every minute of our time at the condo. Seeing the monk seal sleeping on the beach was an added bonus.

Convenient Location
Nice lanai with a no direct sunlight morning and evening. Makes it a great added space to the condo at all times of day. It was very clean and spacious for a family of six. Teenage kids both said the pull out couch was very comfortable.

We had a great stay at this location. We had a small minor issue when we first arrived but they were very prompt on helping us solve the problem. Views were incredible, pool was amazing. We will be coming back to this location in the future!

Respite in Paradise
I took my son’s son his family and had never been there before. Our lodging was so clean and perfect. Any question I had was answered immediately. We could walk to the grocery store. We just loved every minute there. But, Candace and her team made it so much better…

We had a great time and everything was as advertised. Only problem was the elevator did not work on day of departure so had to haul luggage down the 3 flights. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Amazing property
We enjoyed this property. U could see and hear the ocean from every room of this property. Grocery and Starbucks right across the street. The restaurant on site was amazing. We would definitely stay here again!! Just steps out to the sand to watch the sunrise and sunset! Pool was great as well. I can’t say enough things about this property. Exactly as described!!

Beautiful condo -
We had an amazing time on our Kauai vacation. The condo is beautiful with the most spectacular view of the ocean. The condo is furnished beautifully and oh so comfortable for a family. Our children were obsessed with the pool and water slides. The beachfront Oasis restaurant was wonderfu!! Especially for happy hour with live music !! Hope to return. . Booking through Vrbo with Candace as the host was super easy. Candace is awesome!! Thank you for a fabulous vacation. Michelle K.

Amazing place and location
The property was just how it looked. The unit had ocean views out of every room. The kitchen was well equipped, you do need to buy oils and condiments. The pool area was very nice, a bit confusing about the codes but once we figured it out there was no issue. The restaurant was closed while we were there but other than that it is a nice place to stay, a lot of families.

Beautiful view and hear the waves 24/7. AC doesn't feel as strong due to the sun bears down on condo during day facing the ocean. Didn't bother us as we were out and about and closed the curtains when we weren't home. Great kitchen, 3 bathrooms, property grounds are great. We want to stay here again!

Great view with easy check-in/check-out
The best part about the stay, aside from the wonderful view of the ocean, was how easy it was to check-in and check-out. Go directly to the room. There is a keyless lock with a number pad. No key is ever needed, so no worries about losing a key at the beach or pool! The kitchen is well appointed and the bedrooms and bathrooms are generous in size. We would definitely go back.

Perfect Location - Ocean View is SPECTACULAR!!
We enjoyed a perfect family vacation in a condo that had all amenities needed and was very clean. We appreciated access to beach chairs and cooler for our beach time. We dined at the restaurant on property, Oasis, which was delicious. We loved using the BBQ’s on property for cook outs. So easy to pick up food at Safeway across the street. We enjoyed massages at the on-site spa while our husbands golfed. Communication with Candace and the team was easy and responsive. The condo is in a great location between Princeville and Poipu…easy day trips. The ocean view was a highlight along with the beautiful property grounds. We will be back!
