Waipouli Beach Resort and Spa is conveniently located on Kauai’s Royal Coconut Coast in the Historic town of Kapa’a, a 15-minute drive from the Lihue airport. When you stay in one of the condominiums at this award-winning resort, you’ll be treated to some of the best accommodations the island has to offer.

This luxurious condo can sleep 6 people in its two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has two full-sized beds. This beautiful home also features 3 bathrooms with Travertine stone tile, jacuzzi tubs, and two showers.

The gourmet kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances by Wolf with a glass cooktop and oven, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Whirlpool dishwasher & GE microwave. This kitchen also has granite countertops and African Mahogany cabinets.

The furnished lanai will allow you to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine outdoors.

This wonderful home also has central air conditioning and a full-sized washer and dryer to provide comfort and convenience during your stay.

Waipouli Beach Resort has all the modern-day amenities that you would expect in a Five-Star resort, including a lazy river-style saline pool with two water slides, three sandy bottom Jacuzzi spas, and a children's sandy beach pool. The main pool, with dreamy waterfalls, is heated during the winter months of November through February.

Enjoy the on-site Oasis on the Beach Restaurant (yes, it really is on the beach!) and visit Spa by the Sea, a full-service spa offering a wide range of massages, facials, body treatments, and wellness services.

Across the street from Waipouli Beach Resort is a shopping center with a Starbucks, Papaya's Organic Natural Health Food Store & Eatery, a Safeway, and an Ice Cream Parlor. There is a Long's Drug Store nearby and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Coconut Marketplace less than a mile down the road has island shopping and more restaurants. Kapaa town boasts the largest selection of eateries on the island.

Lovely Vacation Rental
We loved this vacation rental! It was very clean, appliances worked great, furniture clean and comfortable. The views of the ocean were amazing, and we really appreciated the supply of beach chairs and umbrellas. The added touch of laundry detergent, coffee/creamer, and sugar was really nice as well. The pool and spas were great and we loved eating at the Oasis restaurant!

Gorgeous property and room
My husband and I just enjoyed a week stay here on Kauai. The room was exactly as expected and the grounds were landscaped beautifully. We even saw a monk seal sleeping on the beach in front of our room. We felt close to everything we wanted to see and do.

This condo was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pool and the condo was just right for us. Unit G306 had all we needed. There were 4 chairs and an umbrella(too windy for the umbrella). The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful view and condo
Absolute beautiful location and the ocean and beach view is perfect! We had our 13 yr old daughter with us and having the 2nd bedroom with its own bathroom was perfect to give us all space. Location is great (half way between north and south shores) and having the Safeway grocery store across the stress was so helpful! The pool and water slides were a big hit for all of us! Highly recommend and I will stay here again when coming back to Kauai.

Exceptional Experience in Kaua'i
We recently had the pleasure of staying at Waipouli Beach Resort G306 and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The property was exactly as described, if not better. The spacious living area was perfect for our group. The location was ideal, situated right on the beach with exceptional sunset views and close to local shops and restaurants. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive. They provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Their attention to detail truly made our stay special. The property was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. G-306 was the best, fully equipped with anything we needed, great patio seating, beach equipment avail for use, very clean and in the best location. The host/host company was very responsive and helpful. Things we enjoyed nearby: Kayak Kauai trip to Secret Falls, dinner at Lava Lava (great atmosphere) Coconut Marketplace (including Thursday Farmers Market there), a Luau, and Z-Tours Snorkeling, to name a few. Will surely request this condo for a return trip!!

Amazing location!
The condo was just as described in the listing. The beach was perfect! I thought the 4th of July week would be hectic but the whole place was quiet and peaceful. The location was great as well. Safeway across the street and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We booked our excursions ahead of time and did not use the concierge service. If we ever return to Kauai, we would stay here again.
