This gorgeous condominium has two generous bedrooms one with a king-sized bed, one with a queen-sized bed, and both with ensuite bathrooms. The sofa converts to a queen-sized bed and can be utilized to sleep two more. A third bathroom is just off the kitchen.

The gourmet kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances by Wolf with a glass cooktop and oven, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Whirlpool dishwasher & GE microwave. This kitchen also has granite countertops, African Mahogany cabinets, and is stocked with everything you need to cook as much or as little as you like while enjoying your time here.

The furnished lanai will allow you to enjoy your outdoor space while sipping your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine.

This fantastic home also has central air conditioning and full-sized washer and dryer to provide comfort and convenience during your stay.

Great spot for kids and central location
We loved staying here. The resort is located in a great spot making it easy to get to any beach on the island. Access to nearby groceries, dining, and local beaches are also fantastic. The property itself is very nice and clean. It's a modern building with great insulation between units. We never heard any of our neighbors. I loved having access to the amazing pool and waterslides for my kiddos. It did a great job of wearing them out for bedtime which made for a lot of peaceful nights which means a lot to the parents of a 2 and a 4 year old!

Great location! This is a parking lot view but great for families.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is fantastic, being close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and the Wailua River. The pools and jacuzzi added an extra layer of enjoyment after spending our days exploring various beaches around Kauai. However, there were a few aspects that weren't as positive. The condo had an unpleasant odor that made us spend most of our time outside, only using it for sleeping. Even then, the odor seemed to linger, affecting our comfort. Additionally, although we had reserved accommodations for five people, we were unable to use the rollout beds provided. This forced us to make do with the sofa, which didn't have clean sheets. The sofa bed also lacked extra blankets, leaving my son without sufficient cover and having to improvise with what was available. Despite having initially reserved for five people, it turned out there were only accommodations for three beds. This was unexpected, especially since my husband and I shared the Queen bed. Despite these inconveniences, the condo's location was a major highlight, contributing to an overall enjoyable experience.

really is as good as it looks!
This rental was honestly spectacular! It has three bathrooms (one is a smaller space -- a toilet, shower and sink) two different bedrooms, a living room, and a full kitchen. The beds are very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add spare blankets in the closets. There were spare linens and towels available. It's clear that the unit is just a rental and isn't lived in; you'll notice some strange things (the plates don't fit in the dishwasher, for example). It's modern and has central A/C, which is crucial for anywhere you stay in Hawaii (A/C prevents mold and bugs). The washer/dryers came with a big tub of non-scented detergent which was great. The property itself is beautiful. You get full access to the lazy river pool and beach. A word of caution -- this apartment is through Remax Kauai and we had to sign what was essentially a rental agreement. There are a lot of rules and you sign away a lot of your rights, so if something goes wrong, you're paying for it. I will say that I get why it's so strict; some visitors will just trash these apartments. If you take care of it like it's your own home and clean up after yourself when you leave, you should be okay. Lastly, our contact through Remax was so helpful. We had an issue with our flights and had to extend our stay last minute, and she let us do so, no problem. She was also quick to respond when we had an issue with the a/c not turning on (make sure all the doors are shut)! We would absolutely come back.

Walking in, it is just like the pictures, nice and spacious. The location can’t be beat. We were so close to everything just a few minutes drive to other activities. Fantastic home with lots of beach gear
We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and had plenty of kitchen essentials and basics (coffee filters, ziploc bags, salt/pepper, etc). The best part was the amount of beach gear available to use in their closet - lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys (we left a few as well), boogie boards, coolers, ice packs in the freezer, etc. The unit had a great layout for our family with the two bedrooms on opposite sides of the living room, a large open kitchen, and a half bathroom. The outdoor balcony was also lovely to sit and have breakfast together - it overlooks the parking lot but you can also see the mountains in the distance :) The pool was a short walk. Our kids (5 and 7) also loved walking along the beach. There are large sandbags at the beach near this end of the property to help stop the erosion of the land - our kids loved climbing on these and playing in the water in front of them (partially protected area without large waves). The restaurant on the property is great as well and has a large grassy area the kids can play on to get some energy out before dinner - note that they used to serve drinks and food for the pool area earlier, but now they don't open until 3pm. The only downside is that there must have been a leak coming from the wall in the main bedroom as the carpet was wet. We didn't notice it the first few days, but then it got very musty and we felt the wet carpet. We notified the property manager but didn't hear back that day about any action plan. The next day they sent someone to look and bring a fan to try to air it out. Unfortunately, the fan was super loud and the unit got fairly hot with the windows open and no AC. We were out most days for the majority of the day, but the room became unusable to sleep in and we had to sleep on the pull out sofa - not very comfortable. It would have been nice to receive some sort of credit or acknowledgement of the inconvenience, but I won't blame the owner for that as I'm not sure they were aware or if it was all the management company. Either way, I'm assuming it'll get fixed. We'd definitely stay again.

The rental was just as advertised. Spacious enough for 6. Provided with boogie boards (2), ice chests, umbrella, chairs, mats, and beach toys. Pool towels provided by the pool area in resort. Check in was a breeze, even though I received clear instructions from Remax, I also received an email from VRBO asking to check in with administration. I emailed Remax to clarify but never heard back. The condo was perfect for our needs however I need to point out that it is not as clean as other properties I have stayed at. Bed linens were all grayish/yellowish and some were stained. Extra pillows in closet were yellow (sweat stains)as well as extra linens. All linens smelled clean but definitely not crispy white. Glass shower doors had soap scum and mold on plastic sealers which could be better cleaned. This is by no means a reflection on the owners but more an issue with the cleaning crew. Convenient location, pool was fun for kids, resort was nice. We only used fridge, so can't really give opinion on cooking supplies. We only used boogie boards and small ice chest. Good overall.

Great property!
Well equipped condo. Appreciated the beach gear/cooler. Only downside is the beach on property isn’t swimmable due to it being rocky. We brought laundry and dishwasher detergent, trash bags etc… since other reviews said they don’t leave enough for you entire stay which was true. Still a great place, plenty of room for us and three kids. Great pool area and on-site restaurant is delicious!

Awesome fun filled week!
My family and I have stayed in properties in Poipu and Princeville areas, but this place was probably the best location we've stayed at. Centrally located with shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cycle and SUP board rentals, snorkelling close by. About 15 minutes, with not traffic, from the airport. And the best shave ice in all the islands, the Wailua Shave Ice!!!

Great Condo, lovely resort.
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo itself was clean and comfortable with lots of little extras that helped us enjoy our vacation. The resort is beautiful with a nice beach and wonderful pool. It is very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and other destinations on the island. We really appreciated having a few boogie boards, a cooler, and a shade umbrella supplied. Those little details really made a big difference for us. While no one wants to do laundry on vacation, it is great to have them available. We especially appreciated having a dryer to dry swimsuits and towels each evening. The beach is not great for playing in the water as there are many rocks just off the sand, but the sunrises were spectacular. It is a great central location and easy to head south towards Poipu or up north to Hanalei. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
