Steps from the Beach. This spacious living area with separate, private bedroom and kitchen is perfect for your vacation to Kauai. Tons of space (sleeps 6). Ground floor unit with huge lanai facing the ocean. Open the two, large doors and feel the trade winds. Walk a few steps across the open field to a beautiful beach where you can sit, swim, and relax. There are three pools and jacuzzies on site as well as green gardens, picnic areas, barbeques, and free parking near the coastal bike path.

Pleasantly surprised
We go to Kauai once a year and always stay in Kapaa. We have stayed at several different properties, but never at Plantation Hale. There is an empty field between the condo and the beach which I originally viewed as a negative, but turns out it was a nice perk. There is a paved path to the beach which is pretty much secluded so had a nice feeling that we had it to ourselves. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. There were also several pools in the complex, so none were ever crowded. The communication with the owner was the best I have ever experienced. It’s obvious that the owner takes pride in the unit. We were extremely comfortable staying there.

The area was central to the island. We love the surrounding neighborhood. Very convenient to have shops, restaurants, market, and beach all in walking distance. The unit itself was comfortable and well equipped with kitchen supplies, linens, beach gear, etc….We couldn’t be happier!

Great stay in Kaua'i
My daughter and 2 twin granddaughters had a great time. The place was in a nice location and had everything we needed. Was nice that it had beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards and other beach toys for the kids as we spent most of the time at many of the beaches on the island. It is close to the Coconut Marketplace, so if we needed anything, shopping, food, restaurants, was nice that it was walking distance. Best of all the weather was awesome! Mahalo!

Great Location
This condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, blankets, soap, beach gear..Everything! The central location on the island was convenient to everything we wanted to do. The only con was that there was a musty smell in the condo. We got used to it but realized when we left that our belongings had absorbed the scent. Hopefully this can be fixed because it really was a great place.

Kauai Stay
My husband & I had a wonderful stay in Kauai. Dustin's condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The grounds were well kept and the pool was an added bonus after our end-of-day treks. It's just a short walk away from the beach where we enjoyed some gorgeous sunrises. This was also a great central spot to drive to anyplace we wanted to check out on the island. Mahalo!

Wonderful Stay!
Great central location, nice area, stores and shops are close within walking distance. The place was clean and inviting, with comfortable beds. Split A/C worked very well to keep the inside temperature perfect. The owner had thought of a lot of little details that made our stay that much easier and communication was excellent. I would certainly stay here again!

Amazing!
The process was simple. We rented a year in advance, the owner communicated everything we needed to know about check in, had a late check in but security was great in getting us the keys and parking pass. Property is in a perfect location for families, walking distance to the marketplace and town. Suite was updated and well kept. The owner had plenty of amenities to keep us comfortable and worry free. I would definitely stay here again!
