RENOVATED 10/21! Corner Oceanview Condo w/ AC!!

Our recently remodeled 1 bed, 1 bath home is located on the second floor, so you’ll enjoy more privacy in your home-away-from-home. Being in the corner also gives us breath-taking views of the Pacific Ocean. During whale season, you’ll also see whales breaching from the lanai!

Our home has been completely remodeled as of 10/2021. Enjoy a modern home with Hawaiian flare as you melt the days away in paradise. The fully-equipped kitchen shines with quartz countertops and new stainless steel appliances. Traveling with other guests? The queen sleeper sofa and dual-sink marble vanity in the bathroom is perfect for sharing.

Enjoy the island sun but ready to cool down? Our home also has AC to keep you chill during your stay.*

Pono Kai Resort’s luscious 12-acre landscaping is picture-perfect with meticulously manicured grounds and koi pond. Do you enjoy lounging on the lanai, but would like other activities as well? The resort offers plenty of amenities including shuffleboard, tennis courts, swimming pools, BBQ grills and more! Be prepared to relax in paradise while also having access to a variety of activities right outside your door.

Pono Kai Resort is also located right on the walking/bike path, Ke Ala Hele Makalae (“The Path that Goes by the Cost”). The trail leads from Nawiliwili to Anahola. You’ll find eclectic shops and wonderful eateries along this path – within walking distance from the resort!

This was the best lodging we had during our two week trip to Hawaii. Beautiful view, beautifully updated accommodations and very nice and responsive owners! Definitely recommend but book early as this home is in high demand.

Great Ocean Front Property
This condo was clean and well furnished. We especially loved the view of the ocean from the lanai. When the sun was out the sunrise was beautiful. Location of the resort made it easy to get around the island. We enjoyed the walking path on the ocean to go to the Olympic Cafe (great restaurant) and shopping in downtown Kapaa.

Beautiful property
We loved being in an oceanfront corner unit! The early morning sunrises were so special with the waves crashing sound. Unit was spotless and well equipped. Pono Kai has nice grounds and enjoyed using the hot tub in the evenings. We also enjoyed walking on the path in front of the unit. Very convenient to restaurants and shops.

Sea view and all you need for your stay
We were happy with the condo - it was clean and had a great view. Kitchen had all equipment needed for cooking. Aircondition works well for the living room, but the bedroom had only a fan - but it worked fairly well anyway. Perfect for a couple or a small family. Would stay there again another time.

We absolutely loved staying here and plan to come back. It was quiet and clean. The property grounds were well maintained with barbecue and picnic tables. The ocean was beautiful right off the balcony. The sun rose straight out in front of the unit. The kitchen is well equipped. Location was perfect, walk to everything. Can’t say enough good things about it.

Oceanfront Oasis
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is spacious, clean, and well-stocked with all the essentials for a beach trip or pool visit. We loved listening to the waves through the screen doors and the easy beach access. Having beach chairs and a cooler was great! It’s very spacious for two people, making this the perfect spot for a longer vacation. One thing to note - if you plan on cooking any meals while here, there is not a full spice cabinet - we could only find salt, pepper, cinnamon, and olive oil.

Ideal location
This unit is immaculate and supplies everything you might need for a perfect Hawaii vacation. The bed was extremely comfortable and having AC was a big plus. Pono Kai is in a great location for long walks/biking on a long paved trail, access to several wonderful beaches, and you can walk to many restaurants and shops. I would stay there again but this unit is already booked for next year when I would like to stay.
