讓人第一次在高雄見識到所謂「冷漠」和「自私」的一間飯店
非常不愉快的一次住宿經驗！ 飯店在完全沒有知會我的狀況之下取消了我的訂房。當我抵達空蕩蕩的櫃檯並致電服務人員的時候，獲得了「我已經下班了，沒有辦法幫你處理。」以及「我有打電話、也有以簡訊通知」的回應。 但事實上，我根本完全沒有接到任何顯示為飯店電話的致電，迄今(7/9，已經是預訂入住的後3天了)也沒有收到仼何手機簡訊。 更令人氣憤的是，在我確認飯店方面已經完全沒有處理的誠意和意願並告知將向消費者保護機構反映的時候，只得到一陣嘲諷的笑聲以及「喔！那請便！那也是你的權利。」的回應。 本人一個月幾乎有3個週末會投宿高雄的飯店，強烈建議大家，為了自身的安全，請不要選擇這間下班之後員工就毫無服務意願、並且謊話連篇的飯店。 我可以理解上個週末(7/6)高雄的供房吃緊，業者違約轉租我的訂房也可以獲得較高的收益。但是，正因為他們短視近利的行為和處理態度，讓我第一次在高雄見識到所謂的「冷漠」和「自私」，市場上不應該繼續縱容這種劣質的業者存在！
