Location of home is in the town of Platte City and only - 7 miles to Weston or KCI. 20-30 minutes to Union Station, KC Chiefs, Nascar, and numerous other venues. Platte City is a small town and sits along I-29 about 20 minutes northwest of downtown Kansas City. There are numerous orchards, wineries and brewpubs within a short distance of the home. Many restaurants, clubs, museums, and other points of interest nearby including nearby Smithville Lake, Fort Leavenworth, Weston Bend State Park and other various points of interest. Home has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, 2 living room areas and all the kitchen and bath amenities. Price is based on 4 adults. There is an additional charge for each guest after 4. No third-party bookings - if you are booking the home - you need to be the one staying in the home. Home is family operated.

Wonderful stay
My friends and I came to KC to visit with another friend. We had dinner at the Melting Pot (much recommended) and afterwards we returned to this wonderful home to hang out and play games. The house was very clean, located in a quiet area, and super comfortable. If we do this again, we will for sure stay here.

Lovely home!
Janette's home was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. It was easy to get an Uber from her house to the downtown area of Weston. We will stay there again when we return in the Fall!

Lovely, quiet home
We loved our stay in Janette's lovely home. It is on quiet street and yet close to the interstate and restaurants/grocery stores, etc. Janette was very responsive to our needs as plans changed slightly. She is so accomodating and the house was perfect for our family of 6. We would love to stay again!
