Could not beat the location.
Property seems a little dated.
Kids playing in driveway and in yard was fine except when driving in and out of the property you had to go slowly not to run over little ones not paying attention.
Overall the house was great! Clean and plenty of room! Only quirk was that the fridge wouldn’t close all the way unless you manually put it back on the track. Other than that everything was great! Would stay here again!
We were in Kearney for a family event. The location was very convenient for us. Check- in and out processes were very convenient. Would definitely stay again.
Updated where it needed to be, but still had hints of it's history. Plenty of room, clean, easy to get to. Beds were comfortable. Everything we needed was available. Communication with the host was excellent. We even got to know the neighborhood goats! Would definitely stay again.
We had such a good time staying here! The house is older but well-built. The location was convenient for all our day trips and is in a quiet neighborhood. The bathrooms are updated and we loved the AC on the hot days. We would stay here again!
We came to the KC area for our annual friends’ weekend. This place was perfect for the six of us. The table was a fun place to play games and the big living room was great for catching up.
I had family coming in from Georgia and California for my daughter’s baby shower we all wanted to stay together the house was perfect comfortable beds and some family members got to see fireflies for the first time!
This was a nice place to stay for two families with two kids each. There was plenty of room and a huge television in the living room for family movies. Two bathrooms and a double car garage. There was a trampoline and pool in the back that our kids were able to use along with a basketball goal outfront that we were able to use.
Overall clean except for king bed. There was a problem which the owner handled quickly and refunded the full amount of our stay and stated that they had handled the matter already.
Our Girl Scout troop planned a trip to Kansas City. While it was just 7 of us-This house was exactly what we needed to be able to sleep comfortably, shower, play games around a table and be able to cook some of our meals. Check in was simple and the space was amazing! Each of the adults on the trip said they would be checking availability for future trips that they may make to the area with their own families.

Liked: Check-in, communication
Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
Just no
We anticipated an older home, but this was not worth the price. No extra blankets for the beds, no pad on the ironing board, no wastebasket in the second bathroom, and scant clothes hangers. Oh, and a travel trailer is parked on the driveway out front and lawn was not mowed. Very disappointing. No hot tib by the way. Hopefully they get that advertised amenity cleared up.
We had a family gathering in Missouri. Our matriarch is 88. Mobility regarding steps and showers can be a challenge for her. This house had a wonderful ramp in the garage. The shower was perfect for her needs.
The house appears small from the exterior, but is surprisingly much larger on the inside. Each room is well proportioned and comfortable. The living room would accommodate a good size group. The kitchen was very adequate for our needs--which were small since we were visiting extended family. The house was well stocked with all the necessary items and expected items.
The host is easy to reach and friendly, providing good communication.
The neighborhood is quiet, which we appreciated. But, a grocery and pharmacy are nearby. There are also a number of restaurants and service stations. The Liberty area has even more to offer if desired. I would consider the area to be a suburb of Kansas City. It has easy access to the interstate.
We enjoyed our stay. If we have another gathering in the Missouri area, we will likely revisit because we were all very comfortable.
Very wonderful and responsive proprty owners. Has a ramp to access the house inside the garage, but the spaces are very narrow, so wider wheelchairs wouldn't work great. But, if you have a normal chair or use a walker it works great, and it suited our needs. The property is older, so dont expect high end finishes, but it had everything we needed. Would stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay. The house has a lot of space, is very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Host is great! It was furnished very well. This was fine for us, but it’s about a 25 minute drive south to get to Kansas City. No problem if you plan your day well.
