THE LUXE greets you with its charm and charisma and makes you feel right at home! Opening the front door is like stepping into a different era. The living space has two full-sized plush leather couches, a large coffee table, 2 large full length mirrors and a smart tv for your streaming purposes! Need to get work done? Not a problem! The home offers a private work space with a black glass desk comfy pink office chair so you can knock out a zoom call before heading out for a night on the town!

The living room leads right into the dining room where you will be entranced by the luxurious light fixtures, chandeliers and extravagant curtains. The kitchen and dining room are open so you can keep an eye on what's going on in the kitchen while you are making cocktails or while enjoying a board game! The dining table will seat six guests which makes it easy for everyone to dine together. All of our kitchens are fully stocked with utensils, dinnerware, bakeware and cookware.

Craving a cup of coffee, Cozy in KC provides all properties with a fully enhanced coffee bar. The coffee bar includes a Keurig Coffee Maker, Drip Coffee Maker, French Press and Pour Over brewing options along with a variety of k-cups, creamer and sugar!

The Luxe features to comfortable bedrooms each with a memory foam mattress. Each room offers a king sized bed, one also includes an additional sofa sleeper. Each bedroom is furnished with side tables, reading lamps, changing stations and the softest bedding EVER!!

The two full-sized bathrooms only enhance the luxury vibes guests feel while staying at the property. Each bathroom has been fully remodeled with high end marble tile, unique faucets and one of a kind lighting. One bathroom has a tub/shower combo with gold accents and a sliding pocket door for privacy. The vanity area has two sinks with ample counter space for all your bathroom necessities. The second bathroom provides guests with a spa like feel with the freestanding vintage tub that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Luxury bath products featuring Tommy Bahama shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion are included as well as dark make-up towels for your convenience. Each guest will receive one large bath towel and one wash cloth as well as hand towels.

There is a stackable washer provided along with detergent and dryer sheets.

*Cancellation Policy*

Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund.
50% Refund: Cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
No Refund: Cancel less than 7 days before check-in and the full amount will be charged. Cleaning fee will be refunded.
Special Exception: If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund.
