This house has a modern vibe with 100 year old historic charm that people love. Enjoy it’s wide staircase, original hardwood floors, high ceilings, and incredible woodwork! Get ready in any of the three newly renovated and oversized family bathrooms! The luxury kitchen downstairs comes with concrete countertops, farm sink, butler’s kitchen, and copper drink station. Giant dining table seats 10 with elbow room! The third floor is a studio apartment abs another great place to hang out and watch movies, do laundry with the additional washer and dryer set, or prepare meals in the full kitchen! Enjoy coffee in the huge downstairs sunroom, or get work done in the upstairs sunroom! Kick back on the front porch or dine in style on the back deck! Walk two blocks to the Midtown Market for ANYTHING you forgot to pack or for a fresh smoothy. Walk 5 minutes or less to do arts and crafts, sushi, ice cream, chicken and waffles, Greek food, the public library, the Nelson Adkins museum, the post office, or enjoy some of KC’s hottest eateries, shopping, and nightlife that the Country Club Plaza or Westport has to offer!
