Our apartment is located in a safe and friendly neighborhood just steps away from the best restaurants, shops, and entertainment in North Kansas City. You can easily walk to local hotspots like Chicken N Pickle, Screenland Armour Theater, and Big Rip Brewing Company. We are also just a short drive from downtown Kansas City, the Power and Light District, and the Country Club Plaza.
Getting Around:
Our location is ideal for those looking to explore the city. We're just a short walk from some of North Kansas City's best restaurants, bars, and shops. The famous Power and Light District and other KC attractions are a short $10-$15 Uber ride.
Other Things to Note:
The thermostat for this home is located in the 1st floor unit. We ask 1st floor guests to keep it on and functioning at around room temperature to ensure everyone's comfort (heat in the winter and AC in the summer). Please be aware of this and if the thermostat needs to be adjusted please reach out to us immediately.
HOUSE RULES:
Absolutely No Smoking or Vaping inside the property. Smoking tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes (vaping), or smoking any other substances is strictly prohibited.Smoke smells or other evidence of the above will result in extra fees.
Please be mindful of the noise you are making. Please be considerate of the other occupants of the house. Quiet hours start at 10pm.

The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.
