Marr Manor - Studio B&B downtown

This studio for 2 bed & breakfast has everything you need from a private entrance, private bath, kitchenette, wifi and TV with access to Netflix. We are located one block from Weston Bluffs Trail into the state park & two blocks from downtown Weston where you can enjoy easy access to shops, restaurants, & wineries from this charming place to stay. An in-room style breakfast with locally sourced food & beverages is provided.
You will be staying in the room Marr Manor at EMA Farm. This studio for 2 guest room gives you the privacy and seclusion of a typical AirBnB while providing you an in-room breakfast like a traditional bed & breakfast. It has a king size bed with a little kitchenette that includes a fridge, sink, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster. There is a loveseat and TV for your relaxation along with access to Wi-Fi and Netflix. There is a shared vestibule for the back door if you choose to use it. All linens are provided as well as basic toiletries.
We are a family of 4 with dogs and live upstairs. We try our best to keep noise at a minimum and quiet hours upstairs from 10pm - 8am on weekends and 10pm - 7am on weekdays. We serve an in-room breakfast already in the room for you. We are available via phone or text for any questions you may have.

The neighborhood is quiet and, with our 1849 Antebellum brick home, we hear very little noise.
Parking will be on the road right in front of the house. You will use the lower front door as your private entrance and exit.
You will be a short two-block walk to our downtown shopping district and two of our local wineries as well as a whiskey shop and McCormicks on Main. You will be 1 mile from Historic Weston Orchard and Vineyard and 3 miles from Weston Red Barn Farm and The Farmers House. The trail into Weston State Park is 1 block away. Kansas City Airport is 13 miles away, only a 20-minute drive. To get into many of the attractions Kansas City has to offer, you will only be a 30-minute drive to most attractions.
If you have food allergies or need special food accommodations, please give us 3 days notice and we will do our best to accommodate those. We do not allow smoking on the property. Prior permission must be obtained for additional guests. Please read the house rules prior to booking.

This stay was just right for my wife and I, and we will be bookmarking the property, for next trip to Weston. We especially loved the home-made cinnamon rolls and burritos.

We are both annoyed that we weren't charged for everything up front and ended up having the deposit taken out day of, but the property itself was nice. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cute Little Cottage very near downtown
We enjoyed our stay here! Especially the ease of being able to walk downtown to all the shops and restaurants!! The room is cute, clean and comfy, and the homemade cinnamon rolls and breakfast burritos were delicious!!

Great Stay in a Great Little Town
Marr Manor was a perfect fit for my 5 night stay while in Kansas and Missouri while exploring family history. Great location and very comfortable accommodations. Jennifer was an exceptional host and her breakfast burritos were a joy to wake up to. Great shops in Weston were an added benefit.

Wonderful Place to Stay!
The room was very nice. The breakfast was excellent. The location was just a block off downtown Weston so that we could walk to shops, restaurants and entertainment. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I really enjoyed Matt Manor. It’s such a cute BnB and a 5 min walk to downtown Weston. I highly recommend this place. It’s much easier to get into and cheaper than the typical BnB’s in Weston.

This was the most amazing place to hole up for a relaxing and restful night. The space is perfect, and even came with enough food and snacks that we didn't really have to go anywhere (although we are light eaters). It has the perfect touches.

Our stay was delightful. We were especially delighted with the comfy bed and the welcoming cinnamon rolls. The only improvements I might suggest would be a page of directions for how to operate the tv system, and some real half and half for morning coffee (or directions to the nearest grocery store).

The house was great! It was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was wonderful. We were able to walk everywhere and it was just far enough from Main Street that you really felt like you were staying in a quiet neighborhood.

Quick Anniversary Trip
The wife and I snuck away to Weston for a quick overnight anniversary trip. This was a beautiful little place to stay with everything you need and some extras. We walked in and there was a happy anniversary note with a bottle of wine waiting for us. Not to mention the delicious cinnamon rolls, breakfast burritos and homemade salsa. Perfect location to everything going on in Weston! We will be back.

Very suitable for a couple within walking distance of most everything in Weston. Well appointed. Bring you bicycles. Really nice trails super close. The host left us a bottle of wine for our anniversary!!

Charming stay
The room was charming! It was our anniversary and they left us a local bottle of wine as a gift. In addition to the room, you get homemade cinnamon rolls that are delicious, as well as local coffee and homemade breakfast burritos. This was a one minute walk to downtown, 6 min walk to O’ Malleys. We never got back in our car for the entire stay. Very clean and homey.

Property was great. It was clean and quite welcoming. The little touches by the owner like the snacks and food for breakfast were wonderful. Out only complaint is that the shower floor could use some appliques or something as it became incredibly slippery once wet. This was exasperated slightly but the fact the floor seems to be giving away somewhat beneath the shower. These did not detract from our stay and we would stay here again.

We stayed at Marr Manor to celebrate our anniversary in Weston. Everything was easy with accessing the space. The apartment is clean, comfy, and cozy. Plenty of space and perfect size for our needs. We didn’t hear anyone above or next to us. There was a space heater which we used on a chilly night. Bathroom stocked with Native products and plenty of towels! The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast burritos and homemade sweet rolls were filling and delish. Ingredients sourced from owners garden and eggs from their chickens. We ate breakfast on the patio outside among the garden. Easy, two-block walk to restaurants and shops. Very convenient. Would definitely recommend!

Nice stay!
Place was conveniently located to downtown Weston. It was a nice but small studio. All of the reviews were pretty accurate regarding the dogs and noise from the owners upstairs. It did not disturb our sleep or our stay but you did know they were there. The cinnamon rolls and breakfast burritos were great but they did not provide the burritos for both mornings, which was a bummer. The note and information indicated we would have cider from a local provider but we did not. Certainly not a big deal. One thing I would like to tell ALL VRBO operators, please have plenty of bottled water available. For the price we paid for the rental it seems like the least you could do. All that being said, we would definitely stay again.
