Beautifully remodeled home located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of the KC metro. If your family is visiting KC or if your'e just looking for the perfect family stay-cation, then look no further. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home sleeps 7-10 persons comfortably with an open floor plan and plenty of space. It features a beautiful newly renovated private swimming pool on a 3/4 acre lot with manicured landscaping, and ample patio furniture for enjoying time in the sun and around the pool. There is plenty of space for the kids to play in the back yard or up front in the quiet cul-de-sac, plus they will love 1/4 Court Basketball area with 10ft goal, playing pool volleyball (supplied), or playing ping pong in the finished basement. The pool deck with two umbrella tables and outdoor BBQ grill are perfect for family birthday parties or reunions. Major highway access is only 5 minutes away and most of the sought after Kansas City attractions such as The Plaza, Legends Racetrack, Arrowhead Stadium & Worlds of Fun theme parks are within a 15-30 minute drive.

We met up for family spring break time in Kansas City. This location was great, residential but not too far from KC, restaurants, etc. The size of the house was perfect for our two families, and we enjoyed the hot tub, basketball, ping pong, and game table. Communication with the host was great and we had a wonderful stay!

The house was in a good, quiet neighborhood and well-stocked with amenities. Lots of games and things to play even if you want to just stay in the house. Not too far from activities if you want to get out. It was a wonderful place to stay for a weekend getaway for our extended family.

Bachelorette Weekend
We had a great stay! There were 7 of us that came for a bachelorette weekend. The pool area is amazing! It was a perfect set up and the hot tub was an added bonus at night. The house is up to date with renovations and was fully stocked. The owners were also very easy to contact and even gave us some good recommendations for things to do while in Kansas City.

Guys Trip
Shaymond's home was perfect for 8 guys to celebrate our friend's wedding! Lots of activities are provided and plenty of room in the house and yard. We were asked to stay semi-quite after dark since there are homes very close by but we left for downtown each night so this wasn't an issue.
