I only booked with this property because it had a hot tub, which was broken that night. They also had a wedding and booked a childs birthday group. Both which were obnoxious and went running around most of the night. But we couldn't even get use of the pool or breakfast because of crowds of children/drunk or hungover people. Waa not relaxing at all.

I was denied a stay that was booked online and was told it was because I was a resident of Kansas City. That’s shouldn’t have anything to do with allowing anyone to stay after the room was already paid for. Now I’m waiting on a refund that could take a week for this policy that they have. I will not have anything good to say about a Hilton hotel.

The hotel was fair. The bed was extremely firm and there were periods where the people walking in the halls were kind of noisy. The hotel seems dated and has two very slow elevators. For the price, I would expect a little better.
