Cute, Convenient Location, Annoying Neighbor
The house itself was great! Plenty of room, comfy beds, well furnished, etc. We also loved that it was so close to everything, a 5-10 minute Uber to everything we wanted to do downtown. The only negative part of the experience was the very grumpy neighbor, do yourself a favor and don't dare park on the street (even though everyone else appears to be doing so).

Not Great Rental Experience
The downstairs of the property was as described and was fine for our gathering. However, there was a lack of communication from the host (no check-in info provided until we called for it when we arrived and had to wait for a call back, no check out instructions even though I asked 18 hours in advance), no hot tub as described (they changed their listing after my non-refundable booking and took hot tub off the listing), the upstairs was 86 degrees upon check in but did have a portable a/c unit which helped and there was mouse feces in one of the beds. Neighborhood was also a little sketchy....neighbor got angry with us as we were trying to figure out where to park. Not the best experience but we made the best of it I guess. Contacted VRBO and the host and nothing was done.
