Our stay at Douglas's home was comfortable and it was nice to be centrally located. Great to have a fully stocked kitchen, extra blankets, and fans. Nice touch having a Keurig machine and coffee pods.

Perfect cozy place in Lee’s Summit
This is a beautifully updated duplex with a room for each part of the family! A king master, a queen bed that’s so quiet, and 2 twins perfect for the kids! The beds are comfy and the amenities are endless. Fully stocked bathrooms, large backyard with chairs and a grill, and the kitchen is ready for all your cooking needs! The view out front is a charming park where people walk and kids can play. The owner was quick to respond to any questions, and even reminded us how to use the grill if we wanted to cook outside. So quiet and cozy - we will definitely pick this place again next time we’re on the area :)

Great space
My dad and I traveled to Lees Summit to visit family. We are from the area so it was nice to have a place where others could meet us and visit. The duplex was updated and comfortable. The stairs are steep but the baby gate at the top keeps anyone from an accidental tumble. Doug was great to communicate with and I recommend staying here!

Great location perfect for a family of 5 or 6
This is a great location in Lee Summit, just outside KC. There were four adults and one teenager in our group. It was perfect for us. Very close to Hy-Vee grocery store and lots of restaurants. Property was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Very Convenient in Lee’s Summit
The duplex unit is very convenient to lots of amenities in the area. 3 minute drive to the Hy-Vee. We went to Diametric Brewing one night which was about 4 minutes of driving. Lots of coffee, dining, fun options very close by. The stairs are steep, which wasn’t a problem for any of the adults or our 3 year old but I feel is worth mentioning for anyone that is considering staying here. Doug has great communication and seems to really want his guests to have a nice stay. Would recommend.

Under Construction
Ultimately my friends and I were charmed by our stay at this town home suite in Lee's Summit. The building was sturdy and clean. We enjoyed sitting together in the communal area with the television and couches. As our stay went on it felt clear that some of the most recent renovations in the building were done in haste. For example, the back door still had the manufacturing film on the glass, and the downstairs bathroom shower knob had been installed incorrectly. There were also a number of bugs due to a considerable amount of construction going in the front yard during our stay. We didn't mind too terribly since we were not there too often, but when we were, this was a source of annoyance. The kitchen was a plus.

Place to stay while we’re selling our house
The place was clean and well stocked. The managers even let us check in a few hours early to accommodate our situation. The only things I’d mention was there was only one tv, the stairs are very steep - bring a baby gate if you have little kids and the neighborhood is a tad crowded with cars and construction. Overall a great stay and godsend to us while we’re in transition.

The property is how it looks in the pictures. They had anything you would need while staying there. They even made up a little basket of goodies for us, with snacks for the ages that would be staying. They were easy to get a hold of when needed.

Just the right amount of space
Just the right amount of space, we had two couples and two kids. It is a duplex with a steep set of stairs but was extremely clean and comfortable and had all of the amenities that you could need. Laundry in the house, a Keurig, seasonings and spices for cooking, a nice kitchen. We didn’t use it but there was a grill on the back patio if needed. And close to a lot of shopping in restaurants.

Comfortable, clean townhouse and decent neighborhood with a park across the street, close to main highways, communication was easy with Doug. Two bedrooms on street level with bathroom and laundry, and kitchen, living room and master area on main level. Stair are a bit steep but all in all a great place

Everything was good, house was nice, clean etc. Just be aware that the 3rd room with the 2 twin beds is actually a day bed with a trundle and when the trundle is out you can't move in the room, just not ideal for 2 adults. Owner/Manager is super responsive to messages or any needs. Overall great stay.

The property was clean, stocked with all the necessities, and in a good neighborhood. It wasn't too far from bbq, Kauffman, or anything else we wanted to do. We were able to explore downtown Lees Summit and enjoy a delicious breakfast at the Neighborhood Cafe also.
